Apr 26,2023We worked with Sophie Rose at Positive Lending on a particularly complex buy to let mortgage, and she was incredibly diligent and proactive despite a tricky lender requesting a vast amount of information, and managed to get us an offer when we were up against some strict deadlines. She also had to manage us getting stressed throughout the process - but stayed very calm and reassured that we'd get the case through, she is a credit to the team - well done Positive & Sophie!

People were invited to ask questions throughout the presentation and Ollie answered them all in full. I learnt some really valuable things about what Positive Lending make possible and how they think outside the box. Apr 05,2023Without prejudice A dreadful company, it took over 13 months to get anything sorted and that was with me doing all of the chasing, they stopped taking my calls and would only answer emails after 6PM on a Friday. lots of unnecessary cost due to their inability to do anything

The Bridge was more in depth than I was expecting, but it was handled efficiently and calmly at all stages, with a good amount of unsolicited contact to check everything was OK without being pushy. Full explanations given with humour, and a very happy customer at the end of the day.
