May 08,2018I love this product. I have ordered online and didn’t receive the package. I emailed the customer service and they sent me a new one! When I opened my order I noticed that there was only one set of the product when I thought when that my order had a buy one get one offer. I never got that other half of my order. I have emailed the customer service again and until now, have received no answer.

May 03,2018Thank you so much to Stephanie at Premier. She was a life saver in helping to replace product that I purchased in Cozumel, Mexico , which was shipped to me from the U.S. by Premier. I received a total of 16 bottles of creams, masks, perfumes with the shipment. 15 of the items arrived in perfect condition, but one of the bottles of perfume had leaked in shipping and ruined the box and the cap of the bottle and the bottle was empty. I called customer service at Premier and Stephanie was able to not only replace the damaged bottle of perfume, but also included a nice gift in addition for my inconvenience. I will certainly reach out to Premier in the future for additional skin care supplies. It is always a pleasure to get good customer service these days. Premier has certainly restored my faith! Apr 24,2018I am a devoted fan of Premier skincare. I've tried many products including the very well known, La Mer and can say, the moisturizers I've been buying directly from Premier, are excellent! If you like an eye cream that sinks into your skin as well as remains silky on the surface, buy their creamy eye cream. Their moisturizers make the face feel like silk and you don't have to pat it onto your face, just gently glide it on. I do not work for this company nor am I a family member. I just love a quality product and, want to mention, they deliver the package in a gift wrapped box with free samples! I highly recommend!

I have tried several different products from Premier and all of them are great for my skin from my adult acne to wrinkle I recommend very much those products -The complete treatment of Premium Non-Surgical Face Lift Treatment is very good make my skin looks amazing when I went to my doctor she said that I don't need botox yet and I just turned 37 last month. -Blemish Control Acne Treatment is also very good help to control my acne in less than a month is so easy to use and gentle on your face that I considering to give a try on my beautiful daughter she just turned 15 last month.
