Sep 16,2018Ten days have passed since our order. Received one email two days later telling us our order was received. Nothing since. Called customer service three days ago to check on the order. Agent promised to look into it and call us back. Still waiting.

customer service needs to respond quicker
Sep 14,2018I like the product and would have given the product much higher rating, but customer service needs improvement. It has been over 3 days since I've called and sent in email with questions regarding my order. I never received an email with a tracking number for my order. I finally received order, but it was missing some items. The next day I received another package with my additional items, which resolved my questions, but I have yet to hear back from customer service and this whole issue could have been avoided had their been communication to me advising that my order would come in 2 packages under 2 different tracking numbers.

Since I placed the order and I am trying to call to customer service with no answer, I sent an email and I haven't received any reply back , I started chatting online with Inna and then when I tried to get some information she never answer back. I am really disappointed, unacceptable customer service. The only email I have received is this one to grade my really bad experience.

Sep 06,2018The speed of shipping was great, along with the assortment of samples, however, the Refining Facial Peeling Mask was horrendous. When I rubbed it into my skin, I could tell something didn’t feel right; it was attaching to my peach fuzz. This became especially apparent when I went to take it off, and I was left with hundreds of stubborn little fuzzies all over my face. It took some serious scrubbing to get the mask off and more unfortunately, a wasted major dent in my bank account.

Fik demonstreret en varer med fantastiske evner - anti-age ansigts creme - den købte vi (troede vi) MEN de udleverer en ganske almindelig boby butter til en 10. del af værdien i stedet for det viste produkt. Dette fandt vi ud af ved at Google produktet da vi vendt tilbage til hotellet ( produkt navnet står med MEGET lille skrift på beholderen). Vi gik tilbage til butikken ( på Tenerife - Playa de las Americas ) og fik bare at vide at de ikke gave pengene retur. Fik et andet produkt ( til en ringere værdi og meget mindre mængde, end det vi oprindeligt var stillet i udsigt ) som "kompensation". Er yderst utilfreds. Handel ALDRIG med dem. Det er instrueret snyd fra start til slut. Rigtig dårlig stil!!!

Aug 02,2018I started using Premier products many years ago and have been happy with every one. My favorites are the Refining moisture creme and peeling mask. I have Rosacea and very sensitive skin, and most peels and masks are just too harsh. The Refining peel is silky smooth; with the gentlest massage, the dead skin rolls right off. The Refining moisture creme is silky smoothe, stays on overnight or all day even without makeup, and leaves my skin feeling baby soft. Premier products are somewhat expensive, but well worth the price, as you only need pea-sized drops of the product each time.
