Jun 04,2017The actual product itself is terrific--if pricier than I'm comfortable with--and therein lies my gripe: the packaging is so elaborate and over-the-top, it embarrasses me. It's also sooooo bulky for such a small amount of product, you can't toss it in your bag for travel. This goes for all three products I've used...like even the cap of the foam cleanser grinds off the gold paint of the nozzle area. That's not good design. The stuff inside the jars and bottles is, like I said, terrific. But I'm paying for so much packaging, which is really, in the end, landfill.

However, because they were gifts, I wasn't sure about what regime to follow and how specifically to use them. I called in to customer care and Chelsie graciously took the time to explain each of the products and their use. Not only did she give me a clear understanding of how to use the products, she also gave me specific recommendations based on my specific skin care needs. Great products AND great customer service! What a win!

Finally was sent 4 samples but not the promised samples as the picture showed. On one of the tube samples the protection seal was off and the tube was empty. Disgusting!

I've tried Refining Facial Peeling Mask - I'm 36 yrs old and after using this my face was smooth like a baby's bum;-) Since I remember I had a problem with white spots on my finger nails. I've tried everything to get rid of it but nothing worked. Until I started using their Nail Kit. I still have got some but its much less than before. Hand cream seem to be ok also but you can get better and cheaper somewhere else. Eye cream really! reduces wrinkles unfortunately doesn't reduce dark circles. But I would still recommend it. When you sign up for the first time you get free samples of few products. Their staff are expensive but very good quality and so far the best I ever had.

But when I tried Premier Dead Sea products, I could feel the difference immediately! I fell in love with the microscrub facial cleanser! I couldn't believe the difference! Over the past 8 years I have used Premier Dead Sea products and other products as well. But over the years I learned to never buy anything other than Premier Dead Sea products! I recently used a product that dried my skin out so bad, it literally felt like a bad sun burn! I had nothing to use to help my skin! It finally completely went away the minute I used the Luxury Collection Milk Cleanser! I love that my order came with four free samples🤗 I really appreciate that, because now I know what I want in the future! When It says Luxury they mean it! Every single product I have tried from Premier Dead Sea has been well worth every penny.

Jun 09,2017I had a very bad allergic reaction to the products. I emailed and called the representative that I purchased from. She never emailed back nor could I get through via phone. I filed complaint with Premier Dead Sea took days to get response. Days for them to get back with me.This went on back and forth with questions and answers.. I just wanted refund and to return the product s seeing how I cannot use them. My skin is to sensitive. Finally after weeks of going back and forth they ask for photos of products and how I paid and I sent all of that to wait a week again for Chelsie (customer service)to come back there is nothing she can do for me. So no refund stuck with products I cannot use. I am filing complaint with the BBB. This is terrible customer service.
