I was amazed! when I returned to Canada I tried to order online but the website was not Canada friendly... one call to Inna, she took my order and soon after the website was up and running. I have totally switched my regime and cant see shopping anywhere else. Roxann

Jan 26,2017I bought the nail beauty set contains the buffer, file, hand and body lotion and cuticle oil. The lotion is fabulous and smells divine. Every time I put some on my husband comments on how nice I smell! Which says a lot because normally he wouldn't notice. Because of this I decided to treat.myself to the luxury hand lotion and it is gorgeous and makes my hands feel softer and more nourished. Love it.

Jan 26,2017My cousin had bought me Premier shampoo for hair loss. I loved the product as i noticed less hair loss on the 4th week.Worried that I would run out, I went on the web site looking for the shampoo but couldn't find it. My cousin is coming to visit in February & i planned to find out how she bought it, I didn't want her buying it for me again as i had been real sick and she is driving close to 1000 miles to see me.. This page pops up . It was an agent named Inna offering help. She gave me the web site to order the shampoo, gave me a discount price & a gift. She gave me her telephone number if I needed any more help , plus they used Pay Pal.I was elated. Thank you Inna & Premier Dead Sea USA

Jan 09,2017They sent me the wrong item. They took several days to respond to my e-mails. I was unhappy but Customer Service did finally reply. They were very professional and apologetic, and told me they are resending the missing item with a gift to make up for their mistake. That is all I ask for, and mistakes do happen, so I give them credit for following up and rectifying the error.

I have very sensitive skin and I have no problem with these products, they are highest quality, and well worth the price. I purchased my next set of products online and the experience was basically the same as in person, it was awesome, every detail of the customer service experience was exceptional. Came back from Israel on the cruise .I bought their products at the Duty Free ..Been used the Pearl Whitening Cream and the moisturizing cream for almost 4 months now .Everyone noticed the difference in my skin tone lately must be the product. I love it very much will try their other products soon I know it is very expensive but they have sale from time to time so it is not too bad and it does last for a while ...I really like the little mineral soap go with the Jar ...it makes the face feels so Squeaky Clean before apply the cream. LOVE LOVE LOVE will be back for more
