This is huge since for years I have washed & treated my face twice a day, without fail, to keep pores clean & clear & then after all of this effort I break out. Nov 27,2016I ordered 6 of the body butters, one for myself and the other for gifts. 4 of them came without any seal, which makes it unlikely that I will be able to give them as gifts, and I don't need 5 body butters for myself. Overall, I'm a little disappointed.

Nov 09,2016You did not honor your discount despite the fact that I was specifically told it could be used in conjunction with any offer. The fact is if you allow discount codes to work in your system in conjunction with other offers you should honor it. Your customer service rep was super sweet and felt horrible that the company would not honor what I was told and so I left it at that. However, where management is concerned, your business practices are less than par in this matter as I was also told that others have run into the same issue with your company. Do not allow discount codes to process if you are not willing to honor them.

I had a problem with one of my products and it was quickly replaced with no problems. This was probably one of the best customer service experience I've ever had, which makes me want to continue shopping there.
