I get complemented on my complexion which has never happened to me. I have been using the products for 2 years now and will never switch up my routine. It's worth the price.

I made two purchases within 24 hours on March 11th and 12th that received email confirmations acknowledging the orders. However, since then, there has been no follow-up regarding the shipping status. My attempts to call after hours went to voice mails for both customer service and shipping department. Also the outgoing message of the customer service indicates that she is out of the office and will be returning on January 2017! Please ask her to change it since as a new customer getting such a dated voice mail raised a concern! On March 22nd I called during the working hours and was able to talk to a customer service. She informed me that due to constructions there has been delays in processing the orders. According to her records, my orders were going to be processed the following day (March 23rd) and I would receive an email with tracking number. I am still waiting for the shipping notification! The lack of response is causing a significant concern regarding the product quality! Also one of the purchases is for a friend that will be celebrating her 50th birthday soon. Hope to get the products and the results will turn my poor experience around! Thank you. Miranda

Mar 23,2017When my face soap arrived, i discovered that one of the bottles had broken in transit. I was connected to Chelsie and I emailed a picture of the broken bottle. Chelsie apologized for the damage and sent me not one, but two replacement bottles! I love Premier products and their customer support.

Mar 18,2017The velvet body soufflé and the cashmere soufflé are amazing for hands that get worked! The fragrnace in both could be unisex especially the velvet, even my husband uses it because it's not feminine. The body soufflé doesn't leave your hands or body feeling like there is any residual oily or wet texture because it just knows where the moisture needs to go and gets right on it. It's a staple in my home. Give it try and you'll feel the difference compared to other lotions.

Feb 25,2017I am 51 and have used just about every product out there but this product gives real results. I have very sensitive skin to but this product does not trigger any itching or rash. I will be a customer a long time. I had my first online buying experience and experienced a little delay from damage caused in shipping but all was solved promptly and I was rewarded with bonus samples for the delay. I love the samples I was provided and will be looking at those next. I'm so excited about this product that I'm got my daughters to try it. They do not have aging skin like me but felt the product did so much for their skin that they are now hooked.

Feb 16,2017The website can be distracting. While you are looking at the products, windows pop up with more offers and telephone number to speak to a rep. So, part of the screen is obscured. Also, few products are displayed and then you have to search. The things on sale are not very many. And the free samples they send are tiny. Barely usable. Rather nothing than something so cheap. Insulting.
