At first I was a bit bothered by the length of time between purchase and shipping ( 1 week - this isn't counting delivery date ), but once I received it I understood why. The contents are gift wrapped in lovely tissue paper with a thank you card. And the samples are in a little decorative material bag with a discount card and the sales persons contact info.

I love your cosmetics and the attention of your workers. The orders are delivered quickly and in good conditions. The free gifts are wonderful, sometimes I buy only because that! But I have a complaint. The prices are so expensive, mainly some lines. Is impossible for me to buy! When the package arrive in Brasil, the prices increases 77% because the taxes. It is the unique problem. In the rest, you are greats!

My package arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged. I tried their weekend sale on their Sumpreme Body mousse, body salts, butter lotion (MIlk and Honey)- multi use lotion and their Mud Bars. Great products! Was having problems with dry body skin and literally after 2 days of using these items during my shower and after, my legs are almost (99%) smooth. Something I was not able to execute with other products I was using. I would also like to add, that I have bought products off Amazon at a reduced price- but truly feel they have been tampered with (beware). Certainly not the same results. Would be nice if Premier did a big sale once in a while, as the product is very expensive- possibly more than Le Mer. But I love these products- only skincare that can keep my face moisturized through out the day and no breakouts. Would not use anything else. Thank you Premier!

The feel on my skin as I put it on and how soft, yet firm, it feels afterwards is heavenly. The body butter is the best body creme I've ever used. It leaves my skin silky soft yet never sticky. My husband can't keep his hands off me. My friends comment on the youthful glow my face has since I've been using the face creme. The bath salts are terrific as well as the suttle fragrances of their products. The only drawback is the guilt I feel on ordering online and the large amount of packaging. I realize the containers are glass and need special packaging but the packaging seems excessive. I guess I pay it back by recycling the glass jars and paper packaging.

This product arrived way quicker than expected so happy I didn't order off of any other site. Products arrived blanketed by foam peanuts and wrapped well in a nice box just way more than I expected. You would think your ordering a 3000 dollar watch or something. Nice sample products as well. Which def means something to me that you care enough to invest in yourself as a company and actually send them out to customers. Overall wonderful experience with this site. I used to buy in the mall near my house but vender moved further away so no I'm happy I found an even better way to get the product I really like. Thank you!
