Aug 09,2016I started using yhs Supreme Perfecting Peeling Gel by Premier back in August of 2015 and all I can say is AMAZING!! It's so wonderful to NOT have to go to the doctor to get a prescription for acne. I use it about 3 times a week and it has truly cleared my skin. My skin is already beautiful but the products have truly perfected my skin. I rarely have issues but when I do, I just use my prefecting peeling gel and it clears within a few days. It not only clears, it stay clear. I have young, beautiful, bright skin. I love this company and when I call, they always take care of me. They are all very polite, patient and helpful. I will be a lifetime client of Premier.

After numerous calls to Premier, all with dead end results, I finally found a wonderful, caring and very helpful customer service rep, Chelsie De Decker. From the very start, she was sympathetic to my issue and was very eager to step in and help me. She called me and updated me regularly, offered suggestions and I felt just personally walked me through to a desired end. Aug 09,2016Among my friends i'm considered as a skeptical person, and that was the case also after i got a set of skin care products from my girlfriend. I have to admit and say that the products really work! The results started to appear after 2 weeks (maybe a little more) and it continues to improve (i'm using the products for over a month now). Easy to use, smells great and great results! Strongly recommended!!! (i got the peeling mask, eye serum & eye cream for men)

Jul 26,2016I had some issues with the packing of their products previously; they either came broken or leaked even though i can see effort in their original packing. I tried contacting their CS and had slow reply or no reply. Subsequently Chelsie contacted me and she understands the frustration of receiving damaged items and get back to me promptly and with good solutions. The great thing about her service recovery is that she does listen. i gave her some suggestion from my previous parcel that i received intact; maybe double bubble wrapped and fragile label and i'm glad she takes these suggestion seriously. I'm now an extremely happy customer because i finally receive my items intact and that's the best a customer can ever receive.

Jul 14,2016I have used this product, the salt scrub, for six years, but this time (although I was thrilled with the price of buy one get one and 20% off) I was disappointed that the product was practically cut in half for the same price as before and also that it arrived damaged by the heat. It appeared that the heat had melted the salt and a lot of it was liquid instead of salt. I will still use what I got, and since I only paid $14.00 for two I won't complain, but it would have been nice to have it arrive without complication.

Jul 09,2016Moisturizing cream I ordered came with the broken seal. I assume it might have been come off while being shipped but can't be sure that someone has not used it before. I asked Customer Service for exchange. Never received a return shipping label. I gave up eventually and kept the creme anyways. One of the free samples that came with the order was also empty (none came sealed). I consider this a poor service. Premier carries expensive cremes and perhaps should be more attentive to what is being shipped out as well as taking care of its customers.
