Sep 01,2016Received wrong products without a return label or packaging slip. Contacted a representative and was told that they will send me a return label and the ordered products. Until I have the products I ordered, I am giving you a very generous one star. Upd: finally received my products, plus extra; had to drive to FedEx to drop off the wrong products (the provided return slip had wrong number, could not arrange pick-up from home). The whole ordeal could be avoided, just pay attention at what you send out. So: products--5 stars, experience--1; 3 stars as a result.

Sep 01,2016I love the Premier products. However, on several occasions I have not received exactly what I've ordered. There is never a packing slip included with the products when they're delivered, so there's no simple way to return products. ALso, without a packing slip it's impossible to tell how much the items cost without checking one's credit card account to see if the right amount was charged. I've not had much luck getting orders straightened out when calling or emailing Customer Service. At the time of placing an order online, I've requested that a packing slip and invoice be included when my items are shipped, but so far have never received anything in my packages other than the items themselves, and frequently they are not the right items..

Aug 31,2016This is by far the best facial serum to come down the pike. It goes on a bit runny but is well absorbed. This leaves my face feeling smooth, hydrated and free of small lines. I love this product and highly recommend to older women.

I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Kaitlyn. She was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and professional with my placing the order. I thought it would be a task to give all the billing/shipping....information verbally. Kaitlyn took all the information quickly and efficiently. You have a winning combination when you have great products and great Customer Service.
