Oct 20,2016While I absolutely love this product. My shipping experiences have not been great. It takes way too long to receive my orders and I usually have to make an inquiry about my order before they ship it out. One time they said it was delivered and it wasn't. They could not even confirm the delivery with the shipping service. I think there is a disconnect when the order is placed, they mark it pending and then seem to forget about it until you place a call.

Oct 11,2016I exclusively use the honey and milk sea salt exfoliant and it makes my skin the softest it's ever been. I discovered this product probably ten years ago and while I've occasionally tried other brands, even expensive ones, and nothing compares to how smooth my skin feels. Plus it smells phenomenal, so much so that if I don't wear perfume I've gotten compliments oh how good I smell. Love love love this product.

Oct 01,2016I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Chelsie De Decker in the Miami office. I was a little upset with the original service I received when I attempted to return some items I bought at Tresor Rare. I intended to buy the items at another time but was persuaded to buy them by a pretty high pressure salesman. Unfortunately, the refund and return policy wasn't shared with me and I was initially denied a refund. I reached out to Tresor Rare and was contacted by Chelsie. She was so patient and understanding and told me she would do everything possible to help me get a refund. She stayed in contact with me providing updates on how the process was going and soon after notified me that the refund was approved. Because of Chelsie I plan on purchasing some of the products I returned. She is a real asset to the Tresor Rare company and brand.

Sep 30,2016I actually discovered Premier Dead Sea in a mall in Connecticut years and years ago. A lot of their stuff is incredibly expensive so I can't afford a lot of it. But I use their aromatic body butter as a moisturizer for my face and I love how thick it is and how it melts into my skin. It makes my skin very soft. I've also used the salt scrub and it was great too. Although the body butter is $50.00, it lasts quite a while and so I can afford it. I've been using it now for over a decade. And I especially love it now that as I've gotten older my skin is getting drier. I would recommend it.

Sep 29,2016While vacationing in Kauai this summer I purchased a 3 piece starter kit from a very nice sales rep, quite intent on selling me on their product. After trying the product on the lines around my eyes, I noticed a significant improvement and purchased the set. I was told that she would email me instructions on how to use each of the products however, after a couple of weeks and still no email, I contacted her. She responded with brief instructions and I found myself needing clarification and I then sent another email. I never received a response back. At this point, I hadn't started using any of the products. Frustrated and upset I spent all this money, I contacted Premier for assistance. my call was returned immediately by Chelsie. She explained that me buying the products from independent sales rep, she wasn't able to refund my money however, she quickly offered to send me a few more products that would enhance results and work with the products I already have plus, she sent me detailed instructions on those products! She has great customer service skills, is professional and friendly. She turned a not so good experience into a positive one! She came through for me and I appreciate it very much!

Sep 20,2016I absolutely love these products. I even use the peeling gel to get rid of my cold sores. Apply it at the first sign and you won't have to walk around with the ugly on your lip lol. You can feel it working as soon as you put it on. This product is not for cold sores but it's bacteria killing properties are great for dealing with this problem when it occurs. This is the best peeling gel I ever used my skin is becoming more flawless with each application. 5 star product!!!

Sep 17,2016I changed my shampoo to Premier Dead Sea. Age Defying Aragan with an incredible free sample package. After 1 time of using the shampoo i got 2 compliments on my hair that day. I made no other changes!!! Love it. I also love all the different facial, hand & body lotions I' ve tried. Wonderful products I totally recommend. I dealt with them on the internet.
