Dec 21,2022When they moved my things it was fine they safely packed it away. When it arrived to me I was missing all my electronics from my kitchen. Appliances my mother bought me brand new still in the box. They even stole cleaning supplies. They took my printer, computer, blenders, grills, and many more. My wooden table is broken in half, my glasses are shattered, tv screen cracked, dresser they cracked in my face then said make a report. When I did they gave me the run around and they never responded to messages or email. The man assure me my things would be fine. But I will never ever ever use a company like this ever again. I’ve been crying for months because so much was taken from me. I don’t know why people steal from clients then never have to re-pay what they stole. All my containers they snapped and cracked. They had no care when my items weren’t in front of me. They just threw my things I can tell by how everything is cracked. Going through my things they took small meaningless things they thought I wouldn’t notice. But I will not trust these moving companies unless you’re riding with your things when they start to deliver it for you. May God bless anyone that has had this occur to them. I’m still crying now.

Nov 18,2022We used Premier Global Vanlines in July 2022 to move from Colorado to North Carolina. Our quote went from $5,000 to more than $14,000. They quoted one thing, then said we needed more sq ft and charged us a ton more. Gave us a delivery date but didn’t keep it. Exactly 30 days later, they attempted a delivery, but would only take money through Venmo. I do not have that account and it takes up to 24-48 hours to set it up. They unloaded my stuff at a storage unit, and came back a week later, I used a bank-to-bank transfer of funds. When they unloaded my stuff muchbof it was damaged, many items were missing. They 2 local men they hired to help him inload said my stuff was just thrown in the storage unit and obviously damaged. He promised a link to file a damage complain, but never sent it. Premier is a broker and they said they werent responsible for damages, that would be the movers, who we were never given the name. This company is a huge scam!!

Aug 16,2022I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company for breach of contract, fraud, theft, illegal business procedures and extortion. This company will cheat you out of your money and hold your belongings hostage in doing so. They will quote you one price and then request more money upon loading your items, stating you've used more SQ footage than originally was quoted even if you haven't. When you ask to cancel because of that, they say your past your 72 hour cancellation period (even though you didn't know it until they loaded your items). When you try to get a refund no one will answer your calls or emails. They must have called ID because when you call they answer and hung up without saying anything. This company is a broker company. They are not the company that will be doing your moving, even though they say they will..... DON'T believe them. They subcontract your move to some fly-by-night company that's as dishonest as they are. When something goes wrong (and it will) Premier will NOT stand behind their contract or even do anything to help resolve the situation. Don't believe the 5 star reviews because most of them are from people who are friends or relatives of people who work for the company. I've seen reviews from people I've actually talked to at Premier Global Van Lines.....they are fake.,..I'd steak my life on it. These people need to be put out of business. If you need more proof check reviews on Yelp, Google, BBB (they have a F rating with the BBB) and mymovingreviews.com. This company is under investigation with the DOT, the Attorney General Office in Florida and several other state and federal agencies. You won't find 5 stars on an of those sites. Do you due diligence and thoroughly check these people out before you give them a dime. I wish I had did further checking because my $7,400.00 quote ended up costing me $43,543.00. Please, please don't use these people.

Jul 14,2022A horrible experience all around. Poor communication, made up prices and they arrived a day late. Items are scratched and ripped and I was charged for extra cubic feet without any measurement. My bill went from $4000 to $8000. They should be ashamed for taking peoples hard earned money. I NEVER write bad reviews but this was so wrong!! Of course since delivery no follow up at all. I am considering legal action.

Jul 08,2022The company is a Scammmmm. Quote went from $3000 of the original quote to $7000. Use main stream movers. So how they work is that they use third party movers to move your stuff. So when you pay half the quoted price Global van will take their share. And then the 3rd party movers come in to move your stuff and up the price when they get there. Global van quoted $3000 for the move and then the 3rd party came in and asked for a whopping additional $4000 🤬🤬🤬🤬. They are using unscrupulous tactics. Just save your money and go with a mainstream company that would be early and not damage your furniture. They are absolutely untrustworthy and would not recommend them.

Jun 15,2022They quoted me a price then tried to double it 48 hours before I was scheduled to vacate my home. After “negotiating” a revised much higher price they didn’t even show up on move day. After they didn’t show up, I called them. The first person I talked to told me there was a logistical problem with availability of a truck. She then told me I had to call another number to reschedule. The next person I spoke with said my price was too low and they wanted to double it again. Since they never fulfilled their contract I requested my $1,000+ deposit back. Three calls to the company and I never got my deposit back. They definitely behaved criminally. Please check them out with the Better Business Bureau. Their online rating is obviously false as well.

Apr 01,2022Signed contract with them on 10/13/2021, cancelled on 10/15/2021 after seeing some of the bad reviews. They pulled almost $1,000 out of my account without my approval to my recollection on 10/16, and I've been fighting with them ever since (this is April, 2022) to get a refund. Last straw was today when a manager named Mark Jacobson (that's what he said his name was, anyhow) accused me of trying to cheat them out of the money. They say they sent a check out in December to an old address, but that check was returned to them. But now he's saying I 'must' have cashed it and am trying to get them to pay me again. I'm going to have to get an attorney involved. I've been threatening to do that for several months, but keep thinking they will send a check even though they have all kinds of excuses (finance closed for two weeks, all new personnel, previous manager out on medical leave, etc.). In the nearly 6 months I've been trying to get the refund, only ONCE did anyone ever return my calls. I know they have callerID on their system as I often get immediately routed to some Operations voicemail (to which no one returns calls). Other times when they realize it's me, I get hung up on without anyone even saying 'hello'. Most people on their phones are pleasant (a couple not so much), but regardless, nothing gets accomplished. It's interesting (or not) the only address I can find for them, 4497 25th Ave sw, Naples, Fl, 34116, is a residential area, per Google maps.

Mar 31,2022Worst company ever! I had planned on moving to California from Texas. After telling them what I had they recommended a 12’ truck which was going to cost approximately 2500.00. After packing I realized I might need 16’ of space instead of 12 they charged me $3500 more for 4’ of space. 6000.00 to move a one bedroom apartment! That was almost a$1000 a foot. The girl in the office was so rude! I will never recommend this company to anyone! I feel like they took advantage of this older woman!

Feb 28,2023The company gave me a good rate but I had to pay a $1,800.00 deposit to secure the contract. Later I looked further into the company & found so many people who were ripped off, deliveries not made, possessions missing & making customers pay more for them to unload their property. I called to cancel and ended up asked for my refund no less than 20 times, they told me it was being processed but it wasn't. They finally quit responding to me. I lost almost $2K. Read other reviews on other sites for this company then walk away. Pay them nothing!
