The quote they gave me was very detailed in terms of what factored into the cost. The staff we worked with throughout the process were all professional, polite, and genuinely wonderful people!

Nov 04,2021Ok i will be 100% percent honest, I never ever leave any reviews. This time I felt that I had to, I was not an easy customer and I know that I wasn't. I have moved many times, my job requires me to unfortunately relocate often. I really did not want to use a mover this time, and I put this poor company through the ringer, I was quite difficult. They however made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I clearly experienced a not so nice time before. They answered all my concerns, overestimated me as i asked them to do, because I know that I would rather be safe than sorry. From my first contact with Danielle, to the last with the drivers and dispatch, they were all great. Thank you for making this painless and easy going.

Nov 03,2021Ya know, I was a little bit scared reading some of these reviews. I decided to use Premier Global just to see if they would meet up to what they said. I paid my deposit and had wonderful feed back from customer service. I don't really understand how people are degrading some of these people. They did a super awesome job in staying connected with me on my move. I moved from Tennessee to CA. I will be referring them for every-time I move. Thank you Premier Global for showing me a fair priced quality service move.

They are great would not consider using anyone else! They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible! It is in their name .....they are FANTASTIC!

Nov 01,2021Premier Global Van Lines is not a legitimate moving company. They are crooks and liars. We paid $2,500 towards a deposit after being told we would receive “white glove service” by their own movers because they were not a broker and only used their own vans and direct employees. They didn’t show up on the day of the move or the back up date. 4 days after the move was scheduled, two guys showed up from a completely different company and said they had no packing materials and weren’t aware they were supposed to be handling the packing for us. They quoted us double the price and said they wouldn’t provide a new contract in writing with the new price either. We followed up with Premier and they said to go ahead and let these people pack our items (knowing fully well that they didn’t have the safety packing material to protect our valuables) and that they’d figure it out with us later. We refused to let them take our items without a new contract and now they’ve declined to return our $2,500 deposit. We’ve followed up and asked to be contacted by management and they are non responsive now. Do NOT hire this company. We worked with Casey, Zena, Leigh, and Anna. All lied about the services that would be provided. Do not trust anything they say. We are engaging a legal team to pursue the deposit refund.

Oct 21,2021Dannie argued with me about it being rude to call in the morning. I work nights and I was continuously called in the morning before 10am it is rude considering what I work. I explained that and I was told to put my phone on dnd. You shouldn’t be rude to your customers if someone doesn’t answer your text in the morning it doesn’t mean to call. Maybe their busy, maybe they had a funeral to go to, or maybe they had just got off work and just fallen asleep. Stop being rude :/

Oct 09,2021Dont believe any review that is more than 1 star. Wish they had a less than 0 rating to use. Not even sure this is a real company. Worst moving experience possible. Once I signed on we expected an experienced crew to arrive on moving day. It could not have been any worse. If this is the type of crew they hire, stay as far away as possible. 3 guys showed up in a rented Penske truck, not a moving company vehicle. They started out by lying to us about their names. Have no idea why. Showed up wearing open toed sandals which was our first clue these 3 guys were not pros. Come to find out later the lead guy is a college student and the other 2, who knows. Dont believe they were a company either. Asked if they were vaccinated and one said yes, two said no. Asked they to mask up and they didnt have any masks so I gave them 2 which within a half hour were missing. No masks the rest of the 6 hours it took them. Felt like asking them to leave but needed to keep going. It only went downhill from there. Before they even got started, they tried to tell us we owed more than the contract said. I said absolutely not and he said he had to call his boss (guess he called himself). Came back and said ok we go by the contract. Totally unprepared as they had to go out to our Lowes store to buy boxes, tape, etc. and some moving blankets. We knew this was never going to end well. They split into 3 different floors and with only two of us we couldn’t watch them all. Later determined stuff was thrown into boxes such as hanging clothes. No wardrobe boxes used. Sharp kitchen knives just thrown in amongst other stuff with no packing materials around them. Geez, who does that? Not enough moving blankets so some furniture was half covered and some not covered as they cut up cardboard boxes to wrap around furniture with clear wrapping material and tape. Packed my wifes purse in the bottom of a large box and we only found it after she was looking for he purse. So, they took things we did not want them to take and left behind things we needed and we had to spend a few hundred dollars to ship. No inventory review was ever done at either end of the move which I was too busy to remember to do, my fault for not insisting but I suspect it wouldn’t have mattered. Suffice to say it never got better. Contacted Premier Global and the gal took all my complaints and wrote them down and said an operations manager would contact me within 2 or 3 days. Still waiting several weeks later. All subsequent attempts to contact were met with no answer or no reply. Needless to say when shipment finally arrived, they unloaded and were prepared to leave without assembling anything they dissembled. Said no and forced one of them to do all of it himself while the other guy sat in the truck cab for 2 more hours. Anyway, some broken items that i wont even bother trying to get insurance claims for. This review should be enough to tell anyone to never ever even call them.

They worked diligently and quickly, and finished twenty minutes before time. With this movers handling your moving, you will have no regrets, trust me.

What’s more, these movers really know how to treat clients. The respect with which they handle people is so inspirational. I have grown to like them so much.

Sep 24,2021Don't have anything to do with them!!! Sorry I have to give them even one star. They are a total scam!! I had a contract with this company to pick up my stuff on Saturday the 25th. I checked multiple times to make sure of the date. I have a friend that was going to let them into my storage units as I'm out of the state, so the date had to be confirmed. Then on Wednesday night the "driver" calls and tells me that he'd be there on Thursday to pick up. I said no, Saturday, the day on my contract. He said he isn't working on Saturday and I would have to just deal with it. I call the company and they're closed for the night. The next morning I call and get a gal I'd never talked to before and she tells me as well that the contract doesn't mean anything and that they could pick up on Sunday. That's 2 employees telling me my contract means nothing to this company. So, I contact another company that says they CAN pick up on the correct date. I then contact Premier Global Vans to cancel my contract and get my deposit back. And at this point (afternoon) they say that now they can pick up on my contracted date and that they won't give me my deposit back. IT IS A SCAM. The supervisor says they are a large national company, and that my deposit doesn't matter to them. Well, my deposit matters to me! They have two of their employees to tell me that my contract is worthless, and I'm supposed to accept that what this rude supervisor is now saying is true?? He talked over me the entire time. He didn't care what I had to say as long as he got to talk. Worst experience EVER!!
