Feb 16,2025Recently, I relocated my two cats from Malaga to Dubai. I'm very happy with Premier Pet Travel . Lucy took care of everything . She contacted the kennels where the cats were , with an agent from Dubai, and of course, she prepared all paperwork in Malaga . Very professional, can't recommend enough.

Lucy was exceptional from the very first point of contact and she and her team guided me every step of way with how my poodle Dubai 🐶 would be handled throughout the entire transportation process and journey. The timely communication gave me comfort and peace of mind knowing Dubai 🐶 would somewhat be calm and arrive home safely. Feb 07,2025They were absolutely amazing. They came to collect my dog in Madrid to stay some days in Costa del sol until the flight was ready. I was very stressed as I could not take my dog as I initially planned and they helped me all the way. Lucy is unbelievable professional and efficient - just took a few days to organise everything and I am forever grateful. I will contact her again when we decide to come back to Spain. Jan 19,2025Moving with cats can be stressful and especially in the Malaga region it can be a challenge to find a good and reliable provider for pet and animal transportation. I spent quite some time to find a good company. After some ridiculous quotes I found Premier Pet Travel. I am really happy with the service I received. Lucy, the director, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order, including checking their flight status, sending us pictures and updates from the Lufthansa Animal lounge and was able to calm down our anxiety having our cats with Lufthansa. Their instructions were clear and most helpful, showing their long experience. The cats arrived safe and sound, and the transport was organised without any issues. I am very grateful for the care and dedication they showed. They provided high quality transportation crates for a little extra. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and professional pet transport services. Thank you again for everything!!

Jan 10,2025We recently relocated to Valencia from the UK. We were supported by Fay at Airpets for the UK collection, and Hannah at Premier Pet Travel who facilitated our direct transfer from Madrid airport to our new home in Valencia. The service and consistent contact was impeccable. We had a few set-backs as a result of BA (and it was Friday 13th!), but airpets and Premier Pet Travel, were brilliant, they reacted at pace and got our cat to Spain safely. So thank you!

Nov 28,2024To say that my two dogs, She and Dougal, received Premier treatment would be an understatement! My only regret is that, despite months of internet searches and asking for recommendations on Facebook groups for an international pet transport company, I initially could only find a very ‘flaky’ cargo company that didn’t sit well with my instincts. I was extremely stressed about transporting my dogs, who had never been away from me since being rescued several years ago, except for an overnight stay at the vet. Our move was particularly complex as my dogs required transportation from Alicante to Lombok, Indonesia. The arrangements to reach Lombok from Jakarta, Indonesia, had already been made with a vet and transport specialist in Indonesia. I was so pleased to discover Lucy from Premier Pet Travel, who had plenty of experience with pets traveling to Indonesia. Premier Pet Travel set up a WhatsApp group chat between themselves, the vet in Indonesia, and me. Despite the time difference, Lucy stayed on top of everything, ensuring that all the paperwork was accurate. My dogs were collected from Alicante by James, who drove them to Premier Pet Travel’s facility in Málaga. James was very reassuring when he picked up the dogs and happily loaded their blankets to ensure they had familiar items with them. They stayed at the facility for about nine days before boarding their flight from Málaga to Doha to Jakarta. Unfortunately, due to a delay with one document from Indonesia, they had to stay an extra week. However, I was confident my dogs would be okay in Lucy’s care because of her constant updates and videos showing that they looked happy. Lucy also ensured that my older dog, She, a picky eater, was eating well. The videos reassured me that she had not lost weight and that both dogs were thriving. I cannot recommend Premier Pet Travel enough. Your pets are in excellent hands when you choose to entrust them to their care, and you will receive frequent updates and reassurances to prove it. Nov 13,2024From the very beginning (a year earlier) Lucy has been fantastic, so helpful and patient. We were very concerned about our 2 furbabies travelling from Granada, Spain to Larnaca, Cyprus via an overnight stay in Zurich. Lucy arranged for a crate to be delivered to us so one of our dogs Lily could get used to it, we followed Lucy's instructions and sure enough Lily grew to love her crate and slept in it for 3 months prior to travelling. They had a 6 night stay at Premier's kennel, we received regular video's which was great. Bear & Lily finally arrived, tails were wagging and they are now very happy in their new home in Cyprus. Nov 04,2024We wanted help with transporting our dog from Spain to Australia. Premier Pet Travel helped us with every stage of the arrangements, even contacting someone in Australia for our dog's final leg of her journey. Lucy always responded to my emails and questions very quickly and efficiently. Our dog was transported from Spain to Australia door to door safely and comfortably. Everything from flights to crates to travel health certificates were taken care of and we received pictures along the way. I recommend premier pet travel for your pet's travel arrangements. They are very knowledgable, professional and friendly to both humans and dogs!

Sep 02,2024Lucy at Premier Pet Travel organised the transportation of our 2yr old Pomeranian from Gibraltar to Abu Dhabi and she was wonderful. We had a few last minute problems to sort out with his vaccines and passport, which meant his possible delayed departure of a few weeks which was very stressful for me. However, Lucy sorted out the problem brilliantly, liaising personally with my vet and my dog travelled on time. She was reassuring, understanding and professional throughout and very loving to my dog whilst in her care. Also the partners they used in Abu Dhabi were just as brilliant. i would highly recommend her services.

Aug 26,2024My spaniel's journey started in London. James and Lucy collected her in the transport van. Lettice saw Lucy instantly and was wagging her tail furiously. She jumped in and (my spaniel) was happily installed. She knows the van well and is obviously happy there. James sent regular photos on the journey. My spaniel arrived in Spain full of energy and really happy as if she hadn't even been on a journey. It is a wonderful company, and everything is handled so well. I very highly recommend it for pet transport. Hannah even got me a pet passport which I had no idea I was able to have. I cannot thank them all enough

They will send you pictures or video of your dog to put your mind at ease. They give them space to run around, could not ask for more. 5 stars!

Mar 01,2025My pet dog and pet bird (a love bird) flew from Malaga to Tashkent in Uzbekistan yesterday and I can’t thank Lucy and Maria enough for all the arrangements they did to ensure both pets had the correct paperwork, vaccinations etc to exit Spain and the correct paperwork to enter Uzbekistan. Maria was very helpful in liaising with the government vet in Tashkent to obtain required permissions for our bird (in particular) to exit Spain.
