Aug 08,2022Best meal prep service out there! I decided to order after seeing a recommendation on Instagram and due to my hectic work schedule I don’t have the time to cook myself proper meals. All meals are tasty and so fresh. Will definitely continue to order weekly and would definitely recommend.

Aug 04,2022it was supposed to be delivered before noon but it was delivered at 19:44 at night, 2 lunchboxes were open and spilling the food mixed with the melted ice… this was for sure the WORST experience I had ordering food, it's a shame they deliver food like this form!! I’ll never buy it again

Jun 29,2022I’ve been ordering from prep perfect for just over 3 months now. Everything I’ve received has been a top standard, and flavoursome. It’s hard to get bored of what you eat if you take full advantage of the meal builder options on the website, as well as the gourmet side of the menu, which also includes snack options to help break down my day. New dishes have just been added so they will be next on my list to try!

Jun 22,2022Been using prep perfect for 18 months now since starting along with good exercise I've lost over 4 stone on the weight lost programme I'm now onto the more restaurant standard gourmet section the food is such high quality next day delivery so much choice would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight gain muscle or just simply to busy to cook sometimes or wanting restaurant food at home

Jun 20,2022I've wanted to try a meal prep service for a while for the convenience and for healthy eating but wasn't sure how good it would be for me as I'm vegetarian. However, Prep Perfect have lots of nice veggie options and I enjoyed everything they sent me! The food was tasty, the service was first class, and it really did make life so much easier as I didn't have to think what to cook! Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend.

Oct 05,2022Whenever I need a bit of a reset and clean eating without worrying about cooking - I order from Prep Perfect (since 2019). Their meals are delicious, there’s plenty of choice on the menu and it’s good quality reasonably priced. It’s sometimes quite daunting with numerous options out there whose price plans are often intimidating. However, there’s less pressurised options. You can choose weekly plans that flex up or down, or simply individual meals. I’ve popped a load of yummy treats in the freezer to avoid take out when you’re having one of those days. I know I’m looking after myself by opting for something more nutritious.
