Jun 01,2020I found the meals to be tasty and surprisingly filling once you got used to the portion size after a couple of days, I put it on a side plate to make it feel like a bigger portion. I was always skipping breakfast and dinner and just having crisps or biscuit for tea before due to the hours I work, these are just 2-3 mins in a microwave and have helped me eat at regular meal times. I’ve lost 5lb in 2 weeks which I had already lost 12lb but seemed to have stalled as I was reverting back to missing meals again, good delivery service and a good variety of meals.

May 04,2020I do not recommend this website. You receive your meals without any guidance. No meal plan, nothing. The food is definitely not tasty but the quantities are ok. I found out that was 4 meals are expired so won’t be able to eat them. I apparently had to guess that I had to put them in the freezer as it cane without any explanation. Disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.

May 01,2020Great tasting food with simple natural ingredients. A lovely friendly company too. The only thing I would say is that I am not convinced the calorie content is right for their meal plans. The build muscle plan for example contains 1000 cal per day across two meals. Assuming 350c for breakfast that's still a deficit of about 700 cal on a Conservative estimate of calorie intake needs - and someone building muscle would need much more.

Mar 26,2020I decided to try prep perfect for a second time, and i am very pleased with the service. The meals are absolutely delicious and so fresh. There is so much variety too, i tried a few different meals, and all of great quality and great portion size. I went with the weight loss package, and ordered some other meals too, perfect portion size. I also really like the packaging, i have been able to reuse the tubs. I will definitely be ordering again.

Mar 23,2020I’m currently starting week 3 of the 4week weight loss plan and couldn’t be more happy! The halloumi dishes are out of this world along with the brownies and cheesecake. So so tasty!! I’ve sometimes added some salad leaves to some dishes when I was slightly more hungry and needed some more food. Would defo recommend!!
