Jun 05,2021This is my first time using a prep food company and I was unsure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was. I thought I had tried most flavours but the Mushroom vegan shawarma made me damn near mess my boxers. I will be using this service again

May 02,2021Really nice meals, I was worried they may not taste bland but the flavours are really nice and perfect portion sizes. Delivery was in time and packed well with ice packs. I’m definitely going to be using them again.

Apr 15,2021Previously left a 4-star review but revising that down to 2 stars. Having had the service for just over 5 weeks, I am still slightly perplexed at how they operate. I signed up on 1st March for the first delivery that Friday (5th). All was going well until the first delivery in April. I emailed on 30th March to query about the Friday (2nd) delivery due to being a bank holiday. First email responded saying it would be delivered tomorrow (1st - Thursday) which was fine. Clearly had they checked they would have seen that was not the case. On 1st April I queried why I had not been contacted by DPD the day before or on the day to say about a delivery. This was at gone noon and my deliveries have always been here pre 10am. They emailed to say that my 4th week delivery was the week before (26th) and as payment for the next 28 days was only taken that day, it wouldn't get the next (1st second month) until the next Friday. Surely you should be accounting for that and take the payment on the 28th (or prior date!) If someone is ordering a continued food service, you don't just take a week gap. Clearly, their system is that inflexible it only bills on the first of the month and if that date happens to be a Thursday or Friday you'll go without for a week. Sadly, as has happened before, a follow-up question on 1st April about this was just ignored and no follow-up reply. It's the first meal prep service where you agree to an ongoing continued delivery to just leave you without a gap. One other place their service lets them down is the delivery address. Their website clearly shows "shipping address" and let's you update this. Despite doing this many days before, they still nearly sent one delivery to the old address. On contacting I was told "Please note that the address always needs to be changed directly with us via email as most of the time the shipping is automatically booked each week". It's just a shame that this isn't documented anywhere, with no warning on the page on their website. Why offer that ability if you're just going to ignore it? Their FAQ page makes no mention of this (which would be helpful) prepperfect/faqs Further more, this weeks delivery I found a hair with one of the meals. It was a short light hair about 1.5cm long. So with all of that, I'm going to try another service, hopefully one that has a fully functional website, better and continued food without leaving a week here or there without food and sans hair. I did try and call them as email seems hit and miss but no one ever appears to answer their phone and leaving a voicemail doesn't get a response either.

Apr 11,2021Good food that is very flexible and convenient. I follow a low carb diet and this makes it so easy to choose what I want for the following week with enough variety to keep me coming back! Much fresher than shop-bought ready meals and without all of the additives.

Mar 27,2021I had the low carb meal plan which included 10 meals for £60 averaging £6 per meal. The proteins were overcooked even before they were reheated in the microwave so I was disappointed as I would have expected better for the price

Mar 20,2021Where do I start? We got 2 x 28 day plans - one was weight loss and the other was muscle building. They arrived the first week and it was great, I was losing weight... what more can I ask for right? Wrong. The taste of the food is very bland as others have said, but the main concern was I found what looked like a BEARD HAIR in one of the containers of food. It can't be mine, as I had just clean shaven incidentally for the first time in about 4 years the week before! I thought it was a one off, and I emailed them to which they refunded a portion of our total order which was over £500. The second week delivery arrived, and the containers were damaged in transit. Not their fault, but DPD's instead. I wasn't fussed and again they were amazing with a partial refund of that week. Week 3.. it arrives, and as I am unpacking it I heat up one of the meals for my lunch. ANOTHER HAIR! Not a beard hair, but instead it looks like a hair from someone's head. I was disgusted, I felt sick (and still do) and my stomach turned immediately. I emailed them again, and expecting a refund I was surprised that one of the directors phoned me apologising profusely. It's not her fault, but they need to look at their practices in the kitchen. My order was completely refunded and I asked her to cancel week 4. I could not and did not have the heart to have another weeks worth of meals. All in all, I'd give them 2/10 for the whole experience. If you are going to order, make sure you have some sauce and salt with you as the food tastes the same regardless of what you get. Furthermore, they go cold so quick even if you heat it for 3.5 mins in the microwave so be prepared to eat quick! Customer service was impeccable though, can't fault them. If it wasn't for the hair I would probably have given them another go. Oh, one final thing, their desserts are the best bit but you can't call it a 'Protein Brownie' when there's only 3g of protein in the brownie!!

Mar 14,2021Really tasty food, prompt delivery and very filling! Love how all the nutritional information is on the tubs. Would be better if more food choices as had to order same meals twice but I’ve seen they have changed their menu so I will check this out :)

Mar 06,2021Food on the whole is tasty. Don’t seem to change menu/choices very often, so soon gets quite repetitive. Food delivered over a day late, so food had to be frozen straight away and I had to get alternative food. Company didn’t respond to emails.

Mar 02,2021I like to cook using fresh ingredients. And I’ve always been a little hesitant about ordering Meals on line. I can honestly say that these meals were beyond my expectation they are extremely fresh and very delicious. They have been made using quality ingredients. Very healthy and very filling. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely order more soon. It’s great to just pop them in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and have a meal ready it taste fresh & better than anything similar that you can buy in the shops. And save lots of time in the kitchen too! Amazing service. Many thanks.
