Mar 16,2023Very happy with our kitchen from Preston’s, Chris in the showroom was friendly, patient and really helpful with design taking into account our specific needs and wants. The kitchen supplied is top quality and will hopefully last us years. Credit also to Derek and Ian the kitchen fitters who overcame a few problems for us going above and beyond to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted and needed. Aftercare has also been excellent eg coming back to change a handle and trimming. I can highly recommend Preston’s kitchen’s

Feb 13,2023I would highly recommend Prestons to anybody who is doing their kitchen - the team provided excellent customer service from start to finish and brought our vision to life. They encouraged us to explore all the options in terms of design and ensured that we did not settle, but that we ended up designing a high quality kitchen which we love. Staff provided expert advice and were informative about the best appliances and features for our kitchen. They listened to our needs and informed us of what would be most suitable - we ended up getting all of our appliances with them, which was incredibly convenient. The team were friendly and extremely helpful which made designing our kitchen a much easier process and they displayed effective communication with fast replies to any queries which we had. We were shown all aspects of our kitchen as they were displayed in the showroom which had a wide variety of appliances and features in the showroom. We were also provided with a brilliant and very accurate view of the design from their virtual design which displayed every detail for us. We were provided with an accurate timespan for when the kitchen would arrive and the kitchen was completed the kitchen in the quoted timeframe. Once the kitchen had arrived, it was fitted very fast without delay and with the fitter staying late so he could finish the job for us - I was amazed at how fast the kitchen had been fitted. The service is very speedy without any delays which was very much appreciated. Overall, Prestons kitchens provided a high quality service which cannot be matched by other larger businesses.

Feb 01,2023When planning our extension, we heard some positive feedback about Prestons Kitchens and visited the showroom in Romiley. We quickly selected them after some productive creative design sessions with Chris. Chris and his team accommodated us when we had to delay the kitchen fitting by a couple of weeks. The installation all together took a couple of weeks, as expected. The fitters did a great job - there was a couple of hiccups but they were quickly fixed. They were also prompt to come back a few weeks later to fix a couple of minor issues we discovered once we started using the kitchen. Overall the kitchen exceeded expectations- it looks lovely, the appliances worked great and 3 months on, we are still very pleased with it. I would highly recommend them.

Jan 31,2023Preston’s Kitchen blew us away we went to look at Bi folding doors showroom in Leeds and fell in love with the kitchens they had in there instead ! We then visited the branch in Huddersfield to get a quote I didn’t get excited thinking they gonna be soo expensive being a German kitchen but they surprised and exceeded our expectations and worked within our budget so we went ahead and ordered our kitchen with Mark service was 10/10 he was amazing very friendly, knew exactly what he was talking about really helpful professional and quick to respond and was so patient with all my requests. Mark designed our beautiful kitchen and Adam fitted it Adam was fantastic to from measuring to fitting to the last details impeccable customer service from them both start to finish. We absolutely love our kitchen, it’s such exceptional quality and design we haven’t stopped recommending them and the amount of family members that have gone to them after falling in love with our kitchen has made us soo happy to. Jan 28,2023I cannot recommend Preston's enough. If ever there was anyone born to be a kitchen designer it's Dal. He is a consummate professional; he listened to us and understood both what we wanted and needed, to come up with the most amazing layout for our kitchen rebuild. Dal truly cared about our experience before, during, and after the build, was available from start to finish, and personally attended during the fitting to make sure we were happy. We now have a stunning bespoke kitchen, that is unique to us, and are so happy we will be going back to discuss our utility room next. Save yourselves time and disappointment with national kitchen companies and come straight here.

He came up with some great ideas and spent as much time as we needed on the plan, answering questions, changing colours etc with no pressure to purchase (and we took several months to decide). He was always available during the install if needed by phone or popping in- customer service how it should be.

The design process was simple and straight forward. The actual physical process of removing the old and installing the new was well coordinated. It has to be said that in a project such that ours was, all I can say is expect a lot of disruption and some stress.

The team were friendly, responsive, highly knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and professional. Jordan designed our dream kitchen which we were blown away with, Adam and the guys fitted the kitchen working meticulously hard to bring the dream to life with such impeccable attention to detail. Paul worked hard ensuring everything was dealt with in the most precise manner, everything they said they would do they did. Phenomenal customer service provided on all levels. Dec 20,2022After visiting many other kitchen showrooms and walking out disappointed. We thought our quest for the prefect kitchen was going to be a struggle. That was until we visited Express Bi-folding Doors Leeds. Here Prestons have a fantastic range of kitchens on display. We know immediately that one of the kitchens on display was the exact one for us. The design process was simple, as we worked closely with Natalie to achieve the layout we wanted. The ordering process was seamless, and we felt that overall cost of the kitchen was reasonable. Everything was going extremely well, we were in the middle of a full ground floor refurbishment and the programme of works was all on schedule, that was until Prestons called to put the delivery of the kitchen back a week. Which didn't effect our overall programme too much. However, we then were called a second time and the delivery was put back again. Which then significantly impacted our programme and we had to start re-arranging works by other trades. However to their credit Prestons agreed to carryout the installation over weekend in order to reduce the impact on the overall programme of works. Jamie who fitted the kitchen was excellent and had great attention to detail. The kitchen took slightly longer to install than he had anticipated and there were a few damaged pieces that they would need to come back to replace. Also in this time we had an issue with the black sink Prestons supplied, so a replacement was ordered. Two weeks later the damaged pieces and sink arrived and Oliver came back to fit them. We now have a fabulous kitchen which receives many comments from visitors, the overall quality is fantastic and kitchen is a great addition to our home. We would highly recommend Prestons Kitchens and would have loved to have given them 5* as it was so nearly perfection...

Everything from their fantastic showroom, their inspired design and advice, their perfect installation and the exceptional quality of the finished kitchen could not have been better. Nov 23,2022We had shopped around for a new kitchen, mainly using the major nationwide kitchen suppliers. The designers there all seem to use a preset system which didn't really fit what we wanted. When we came across Preston Kitchens, we noticed that Dal was in a different league. The attention to detail in designing the kitchen was the best we have seen to date!! Dal was involved with every stage of the install and his associate Val - (the installer) went above and beyond!! I highly recommend a visit to Preston Kitchens before going elsewhere!!

Oct 24,2022We had an incredible experience with Prestons Kitchens and I cannot recommend them enough. We went to see a lot of kitchen companies and none of them came anywhere close to Prestons. Their kitchen design was stunning and delivered on everything we wanted. The kitchen itself is fantastic quality and they had the exact finish and colour we wanted whereas many others didn’t have the same wide selection. The expertise and craftsmanship of the install team was superb and they ensured every detail was perfect. The customer service and aftercare was undoubtedly the best experience I have ever had with a company. In fact, I think the test of a company is how they handle problems, and we had one through no fault of Prestons. Yet Prestons went above and beyond to resolve it and to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy. That’s the sign of an incredible company. And the cost is extremely reasonable. We would have perceived that such a high quality kitchen and service was beyond our reach but that wasn’t the case. We absolutely love the kitchen, and everyone who has seen it loves it too. We thank our blessings every day that we were lucky enough to learn about Prestons (through a friend) and to now have the kitchen of our dreams. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Oct 21,2022What a fantastic team! From the patient, ultra helpful, non-pushy sales guys, to the delivery men, fitting team & coordinators. I can't fault anything. Possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced... and I'm almost 50, so have plenty of experiences for comparison. On top of the service, the kitchen itself is of fantastic quality, but at a sensible price. I'd recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you Prestons Kitchens!

Everything was carried out as per the schedule provided and couldn’t fault the work start to finish with Dal even liaising with our flooring people. Dal has been responsive every step of the way and the workmanship of Val has been outstanding. Highly recommend and I now have the kitchen I’ve always dreamed of. If I could give more than 5stars I would.

Apr 04,2023We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen from Preston's, it far exceeds all our expectations and is our favourite room in the house now. We visited the Huddersfield showroom and explained what we were looking to create. They spent time properly looking at the challenges as it wasn't straight forward and came up with a great design that achieved everything we wanted. The finished kitchen was completed just prior to Christmas 2022 and we are genuinely over the moon as it looks better than we ever imagined it could. We are so happy with the finished kitchen, the high quality units and the service we received and couldn't recommend Preston's Kitchens highly enough. Thank you guys.
