Oct 12,2021After visitng a few mainstream kitchen suppliers and just not being 100% happy or fulfilled with what they were offering, we headed back to Prestons in the hope they could do something within our budget. We met Dal and he was great and very knowledgeable...never felt pressured once and he even tweaked some units/drawers, other suggestions and ideas to help get us to our budget...nothing was too much trouble, he was constantly at hand and even personally dropped off something for us at our new home, we got a brilliant nobilia kitchen and great appliances in the end at a better price than the highstreet competitors...the service you receive is amazing and personal, Dal clearly has a passion for his job and his products..i recommend them to everyone!

Aug 20,2021If you are looking for a quality kitchen installation this is the place, and these are the people. I had been to other places but Dal just got me, he was able to pick what was in my head and put it on paper in front of me, and then some. Even after the plan was agreed, you could tell he'd been thinking about it overnight, different ideas, different options, he always treated it as his own. Every step of the way was without problem, from order to delivery, Dal was on the ball. He even turned up on the day of delivery to check everything off the van, so I had nothing to do. He and Val, the outstanding fitter, called to my house before installation and Dal came along on the start day and numerous times after that until he was satisfied everything was right, he strives for perfection. Val, the fitter, can do everything, from wood work, plastering, plumbing, electrical to painting. No hanging around waiting for other tradesmen to call. He turned up on time, every morning, often staying late. He is polite and a pleasure to have in your home. The finished product is a work of art, its a replica of the design drawing, I couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation in recommending Prestons for your quality kitchen. đź‘Ť

Jul 30,2021Great service from start to finish! Jordan took onboard our ideas and gave us great advice on the best options available. He gave us a detailed design and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. Any amendments we wanted to make were done with no hassle and the delivery was made on time and with no problems. Would definitely recommend using prestons to anyone needing a new kitchen as the products are very well built and much better quality than many others on the market which my installer has previously worked with!

Extremely relaxed, no pressure and seemed entirely motivated to design us the kitchen we needed to suit our budget. The delivery and installation went smoothly and we're absolutely delighted with the end result.

He is very precise with his measurements from the start so you can be sure the kitchen created on the plans is precisely how it will look in reality. Jun 22,2021We first visited the Express Bifolds showroom in Leeds to see their range of sliding doors for our kitchen extension. However in their amazing showroom we were introduced to Prestons Kitchens. Matt Bracegirdle, one of their designers, discussed our requirements and demonstrated the various design qualities of their range of Nobilia kitchens. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, flexible and supportive throughout our kitchen selection process. He ably steered us through the initial and final design stage and we were well impressed with the customer service received without any pressurised sales, and would highly recommend them.

Jun 14,2021Excellent from conception to fitting. I was very pleased with the design Mark came up with for our new Kitchen/Dinner project. We decided to knock the kitchen and dinning room together and swap the areas around and add bi-fold doors. Mark not only came up with a brilliant design but also put us in touch with one of his fitters Steve. This all coincided with the first lockdown in March 2020 - our wall was missing and the steel work was due. Steve project managed the whole thing and his team pulled out all the stops to ensure the steel was fitted and made the house safe. They then worked to complete the building work and fit the kitchen. It took longer than originally planned, however under the circumstances we were very impressed and pleased with the final result. Best thing we ever did and the quality beats anything else out there. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They worked open and honestly to get me exactly what I wanted. the process was smooth and although a door had a slight dint within it. Paul had it organised and changed within days. Thanks a lot guys me and my Mrs are very impressed and feel very satisfied. Highly recommend!

May 24,2021What an amazing experience we had with Dal at Prestons Kitchens. From the minute we walked in the Preston showroom we were bowled over . We had looked at a couple of local kitchen showrooms but after doing some research decided to take a drive over to Prestons . Dal’s attention to detail helping us to design our dream kitchen was second to none & his advice was invaluable. Delivery & installation all ran smoothly & professionally. Dal visited our property two or three times before & during installation, working well with our builder & even helping Val the fitter in some of the early groundwork of the kitchen . Val was brilliant, we really can’t praise him enough too . We absolutely love our Nobilia kitchen , it is even better than we could have ever imagined & we can’t recommend Dal & Val enough . Thank you so much for making our dream kitchen a reality .

We were given excellent advice regarding design and functionality and everything works beautifully. I even changed my mind halfway through fitting on the layout ( a woman’s prerogative!) and Mark,Paul and our fitters sorted it quickly with complete patience! Feb 26,2021We can't praise Dal enough for work he put in, designing our kitchen. I had strong ideas in how I wanted the kitchen to look, but didn't have the knowledge of the kitchen systems to make it look right. This is where Dal came in, he spent hours tweaking the layout so that the final product met our vision. We wanted to use our own fitters, there was no pressure to use the fitters aligned with Prestons. Dal has been to our house 4 times during the installation to ensure everything was going to plan and to offer nuggets of advice. I would recommend Prestons in Preston without hesitation.

He was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process from the design stage to the installation. He was able to accommodate all the features I wanted and also made many useful suggestions. The final cost was easily competitive with other big name companies that we had considered. I am very impressed with the high quality of the Nobilia kitchen and the superb customer service from Dal. I can't praise him enough for everything he has done; to ensure the kitchen was delivered in a timely manner, installed professionally and then followed up to tidy up the few minor snags. I would highly recommend Dal and Nobilia to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

From day 1 to completion their communication had been outstanding. I was always kept informed and included in any decision making. Val the fitter has done an excellent job and went out of his way to help me with anything i thought of. They left no mess at the end of every day. Dal is very proud of his work and so he should be. Oct 18,2021I can honestly say from the moment I stepped into the Huddersfield Showroom to meet Jordan and Luke, all the way through from design and planning and final installation the whole process was effortless . The Prestons team made the whole experience stress free nothing was too much trouble, I spent a considerable amount of time in the Leeds /Huddersfield showrooms getting ideas before the final design was agreed upon. Prestons were very accommodating and extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I have already recommended Prestons to 4 friends and acquaintances the quality of their products are second to none and extremely competitive, 10/10 thank you once again.
