All the staff were efficient polite and professional . The kitchen was fitted in 2 days with the minimum of fuss and looks fabulous . Dec 13,2020I can't recommend Prestons enough. As soon as we looked around and spoke to the team at Prestons we decided that this was the company we wanted to supply and fit our new kitchen. Staff are wonderful, no pressure at all which I liked, just honest and passionate about their products. I already had some idea of what I wanted design wise, and Mark and Jordan, Prestons designers, helped me bring that vision to life. They took the time to understand what we wanted, and how we worked day to day, in order to create the perfect space for us. We literally spend hours in the showroom, working through every detail, never feeling rushed. They worked as if creating their own kitchen and that was reassuring. It wasn't just a 'sell'. We decided to order the kitchen which surprisingly was much better value than we thought. Certainly better quality and value than other suppliers. Before the kitchen arrived their fitter Adam came to ensure everything would fit. Again, he was very helpful and pointed out a couple of things that we hadn't thought of made for a better fit. The fitting day came and everything went extremely well. So, what can I say about the kitchen? It's amazing. The fitting is flawless, we've not had a single issue. The quality and finish is excellent. Thank you Mark, Jordan, Paul, Adam and his fitting team, and all the staff at Prestons for a kitchen which is truly beyond our expectations !

Dec 12,2020Initially found prestons through kitchen findr. Mark made contact within a few days and we popped down to see him. It is clear the quality of kitchen is far better than wren/magnet and for a very similar price. The design service was done quickly and Mark answered all our questions. The kitchen took about 6 weeks to arrive which is exactly what we were told and delivered the next working week. The kitchen arrived as promised and everything was correct and all parts accounted for. We didn’t use the fitting service so cannot comment however everything else meet and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend for a quality kitchen at a good price.

Dec 12,2020We bought a £36,000 kitchen almost a year ago when Lewis was in charge, and he was great. Initially we were very pleased. There were some snags and delays towards the end of the installation due to the main workman going off sick, which we were very patient about. However, almost one year down the line and very many phone calls and emails later we are STILL waiting for a replacement for a unit that was faulty from the start, and The current owner Dal doesn't have the courtesy to even respond to messages. Neither does the Huddersfield head office. Therefore be very careful because after care is simply non existent- despite the statutory guarantee. The only recourse is legal action, which is such a shame given the initial positive work. Update: Head office in Huddersfield got in touch and apologised. A replacement unit was finally installed.

Nov 21,2020We recently moved house and faced with a total blank canvas, we visited Preston’s Huddersfield showroom and were blown away by the look and quality of the products. Despite the CV19 restrictions and our strict budgets, Preston’s were able to provide us with three fantastic kitchens, developed from a few ideas and very useful input from Jordan. The designs evolved quickly from basic ideas and concepts into CGI designs that pretty much resembled the finished kitchens, very impressive. Delivery and installation were accurate and on time, despite the current climate and we were kept informed of progress, making decisions along the way. Everyone at Preston’s fills us with confidence and nothing is ever too much trouble. We had a great experience and highly recommend Mark, Jordan, Paul and Adam, who did everything to ensure we ended up with our amazing kitchens - living the kitchen dream! Helen & Richard

Nov 17,2020On the day we chose our kitchen it was such a pleasant stress free experience We went to prestons kitchens in Preston were we met Dal there was no pushiness or following us at all!! Dal was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and created a stunning kitchen within our budget If we had any questions/queries they were answered almost immediately nothing seemed to much trouble We was given a date when the kitchen would arrive, it arrived on time and nothing was missing it fitted with mm precision and looks fantastic We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dal for his patience, kindness and hard work If anyone is looking for a high quality kitchen at very reasonable prices i would highly recommended prestons kitchens Andrea and John

Nov 14,2020Wow is all I can say to the service provided from Prestons Kitchens Leeds! From start to finish the team have been incredible! We had to wait as long as we could before the order date for our kitchen went in to ensure it arrived in time for when it could be fitted in line for the extension being built being finished! The team couldn’t do enough, they went above & beyond, kept us updated every step of the way and placed the order at the right time! We originally thought we knew what we wanted for a kitchen design, until Mark completely blew us away with his design, and we genuinely couldn’t be any happier! Mark & Paul both did everything they could to make the journey as smooth as possible for us, and made our dream kitchen come to life! The quality is insane and the amount of compliments we receive on it is outstanding! The prestons kitchen fitters did an impeccable job, so friendly and they fitted the kitchen perfect!! Special shout out to Adam the kitchen fitter! Anyone wanting a new kitchen, please use this company, the quality and service is second to none!

Sep 12,2020New Kitchen We are absolutely satisfied with Preston's Kitchen from the first stage of design to the final stage stage of completion. Micke, the fitter was very approachable, friendly, and kept in touch with us throughout installation - his input and suggestions were excellent. He installed the kitchen to a very high standard. Dal, spent a tremendous amount of time in designing the kitchen until we felt satisfied. and he was very friendly and made us feel at ease. There were a couple of minor issues which were resolved straight away. If anyone is looking for a new kitchen, I would recommend Prestons Kitchen without hesitation whatsoever. Many Thanks.

Sep 04,2020I'm so pleased that my wife and I decided to shop locally for our new kitchen. Chris at the Romiley branch of Prestons guided us gently through a design process that could have been daunting with all the possible permutations on offer. We could tinker with our design to ensure it matched our requirements before we made any commitment to buy. The inevitable delay to our installation because of Covid-19 made us impatient but we're delighted with how the fitters have now transformed our kitchen space from 1970s retro to 21st century classic. We're delighted with the quality and style of the units and would wholly recommend Prestons.

Aug 16,2020We can’t thank Preston's kitchens enough for the fantastic job of designing our perfect kitchen! We shopped about at various kitchen suppliers but from when we visited and spoke to Mark at the Huddersfield store we knew who we was going with. Mark made sure everything he was saying we understood although I am a little bit fussy.. However when it came to fitting Adam he is a perfectionist and made sure everything was 100% perfect. Also thanks to Paul for coming out to make sure we was happy with how it was coming together and still 5weeks later when I call to question things he’s still as helpful as ever. Overall we can’t fault anything or anyone at Prestons kitchens.

Jan 28,2021Couldn’t be more delighted or thrilled with our new kitchen from Prestons ‘German Kitchens’ We received nothing but excellent advice, service & results from our initial meeting with Dal, right through to the installation by Adam & his team. Obviously my wife & I did our homework first & did the tour of the usual national/local companies & suppliers which failed to impress us. We found these either lacking in imagination or interest or both, they either agreed with everything we said or appeared to design the same old generic kitchen or simply the ones they were targeted to shift. Dal was different. First off he listened, then genuinely questioned us instead of the usual same blandness of the others. What impressed us most was his willingness to challenge & suggest alternatives if he felt we were making a mistake or spending unnecessarily. We all have our own ideas but sometimes you need genuine guidance & Dal is your man. No pushing, no pressure just an open dialogue between us that enabled us to borrow samples for colour matching to flooring, window coverings etc etc; which we did endlessly. Whereas (unfair to call them competitors) other companies basically email you a design & then want your money the next day, this never happened with Prestons. Once ordered, we were given a clear & concise timetable of events & despite the complications Covid presented everything followed as promised, no hold-ups, no complications. It’s also worth adding that the build team Dal uses exclusively (Adam) are exceptional & so respectful to your property, so polite & if that’s not enough, the absolute best craftsman I’ve seen in a lifetime of homeownership. Our kitchen is everything & more than we wished for. We can’t thank Dal or praise him, the service, the quality, the end result highly enough. If you want a dream kitchen, built to the highest of standards, without breaking the bank then Dal will make it possible for you.
