Feb 22,2018Initial consultation with Jordan was thorough, informative and professional. The design process by Mark was very well thought out, some great ideas and plans were imaginative yet practical. The joiners used were very skilled, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Also very easy to get hold of. Any minor issues we did have, were sorted out within 24 hours, whether it be email, a phone call or face to face. Excellent customer service and excellent product

Feb 20,2018Oh my where do I begin. A complete shambles from start to finish. Mark came to design the kitchen, gave me two ovens, one was the size inside for a dolls house, not a 4 bed. Looked OK from outside. Second oven arrived, which turned out to be a microwave only, not a combo, which was ordered, and which needed a housing unit, which Mark failed to realise when designing the kitchen layout, so everything had to be moved to accommodate this. He even insisted when the 1st Combo arrived that it was a combo and not a micro only, even though I’d checked with the company CDA. I have never had worse appliances in my entire life. CDA, in my opinion are a hunk of junk and extremely dangerous. The hob. Burner at front is for Wok only, as flames cover saucepans and cannot be adjusted. All the ignitions are loose and wobbly. The oven Although the doll like oven was replaced for a standard size oven, takes an unacceptable time to heat up, cooking a Sunday roast leaves you with burnt fingers, as the controls heat up to unacceptable levels, so it will be a trip to A&E for all of you who have kiddies that might accidentally touch the door! After 12m of back and forward disagreements, finally finished and the fitters wired up the combo oven incorrectly blowing the lights in the kitchen. Oh happy days. Can not recommend this firm to my worse enemy. Don’t think for one minute this review will be published but will keep trying. 2nd one now, first seems to have disappeared from another review site

Feb 13,2018Preston’s have just completed our kitchen installation and we can’t thank them enough... from start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. Our journey started with Chris designing our dream kitchen, he was so patient and professional as we worked through our thinking of what might work and without his advice, we wouldn’t have the result we have today. A truly outstanding service for which we are extremely grateful. We knew exactly what was going to happen and when and everything worked like clockwork. Our fitters were equally amazing, Karol and Peter, we were only without a washing machine for week which was fantastic and all down to these guys really understanding what the customer wanted... they even stayed late on a Friday night to complete.... fantastic customer service! Their workmanship was exceptional and their attention to detail superb. Many a time, the after sales service is where things fall down, but not Prestons.... both Chris and Matt have been fabulous in any follow-up which was required. We highly recommend Prestons to anyone who is thinking of a new kitchen.... we looked at a number of providers but none came close to our experience with Prestons. Chris, Matt and Mark were brilliant to work with very helpful and patient not at all pushy unlike other kitchen showrooms I had looked round. The quality of the kitchen is excellent just what you would expect of a German kitchen, I also found the price very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestons Kitchens. Nov 24,2017We had brilliant service from Preston’s from start to finish. Matt at the showroom in Preston noted all our ides and came up with a plan which was exactly what we wanted. We visited another couple of showrooms but nothing really appealed to us in the way that the kitchens and service at Preston’s did. We also found that the price quoted was very competitive compared to others we had had and that the units were certainly higher quality. Fitting went smoothly and everything arrived at the time we were told it would. Our fitters were excellent and left everything clean and tidy once they had finished. We are delighted with the end result. The kitchen looks fabulous, is superb quality and fitted to a very high standard. It really is a delight to cook in. Everyone who has visited our home has been impressed with it and we cannot recommend Preston’s highly enough.

Aug 09,2017We would definitely recommend Prestons kitchens. They have been extremely easy to deal with from start to finish. Our kitchen is beautiful, well designed, well fitted and we love it. We had a few issues with the incorrect appliance numbers on the initial order and the wrong sink turning up, which is why we've not given 5 stars. But these minor hiccups were resolved quickly and without issue. We've had excellent, friendly customer service throughout the process and we are delighted with our new kitchen. It's even better than we expected.
