Printerinks.com offers free delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions unlike many other websites.
Received inks that had already been opened. Asked to return the items and was told i needed to wait for a returns label from their supplier then they could process my return. This was 3 weeks ago and i have received nothing despite contacting them weekly. This i a scam as far as i am concerned and i am £420 out of pocket. I bought the inks from printerinks not their supplier, so i should not have to wait for some random returns label. DO NOT use this website.
Update (12th April) Still no reply from online chat. Their customer service phone now going dead after initial response from answering service. I've initiated a dispute via my credit card company. Update (11th April) Still heard nothing from Printerinks.com. Next day (9th April); managed to finally get my phone call answered (after 45 minutes on hold), and was promised that my order would be traced and they'd email me. I'VE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. They took my money though they had no problems doing that. I am still having no luck getting anyone to answer my online chat, more than 24 hours later it's still saying "thank you, transferring you now" 8th April: Trying to trace an order not received. So far I've been waiting 45 mins for anyone to answer the online chat, and 40mins on hold to the customer service line. I wish I'd spent a bit more time looking at the 1-star reviews....
Placed urgent order yesterday for over £600 worth of inks and paid for guaranteed next working day delivery. Nothing has arrived so I just called for an update and was told they have cancelled my order as they don't have the inks in stock. Why didn't anyone contact me to tell me this? I was also told it will take 7-10 working days to refund me. Appalling service. Unacceptable response. I asked to speak to someone higher and was told there wasn't anyone. I'm now left with an urgent print job, no ink, and no funds to buy ink elsewhere!
Order placed 5/3/2024. Chased 13/3/2024 - got ticket, but no other response. Told that further emails would just push the issue to the back of the queue ! Finally received 19/3/2024, against an original promise of 48 hour shipping. No apology, or any follow-up, from Support. Very dissatisfied. I've used this company a lot, and never had a problem like this. NB. A lot of the Support email is in German .....
Paid for next day delivery / rush shipping, it was a day later. More than 50% of the cartridges missing from order over two deliveries. Support don't understand what the problem is. Support have then continued to ignore us. Now moved to a different supplier.
Correct HP7740 compatable cartridge ordered but HP chip on new cartridge not recognised. Cartridge returned as requested but it has now taken over a month for the refund to be made.

On 10th March I wrote 10 days and counting waiting for an order that the website advised would be with me in 2-3 days. No useful feedback via chat or email so far. Today, a full 22 days after lacing the order, the package arrives - pretty poor for a 2-3 day delivery. I didn't recieve a tracking code, because I checked out as a guest. I raised the issue with Printer Inks several times and was consistently told I would get an update within 48 hours - I got NOTHING. I was even told that responding to the emails issues as a result of a "ticket" being raised would put the "ticket" at the back of the queue for investigation - bizarre. In the meantime I ordered from elsewhere and got prompt delivery so now have an unwanted cartridge. If I could rate this supplier as 0 stars I would
The website advised that an order acknowledgement would be sent. It wasn't. I complained a few days later as nothing had been received and the order was almost fulfilled a couple of days later. The free gift I had requested was omitted even though I had spent over £80. There was simply no mention of it. Printerinks has gone downhill badly.

Apr 17,2024Ordered ink cartridges. Tried one and found it to be incompatible with my printer. Contacted them by phone about returns. Couldn't afford lengthy call so I said I'd phone back as they wanted to talk me through printing process. Received an email asking me for photos of printer, etc to help solve problem. Did so. Have received only emails saying I'm in a queue. It's been 3 weeks now. Tried phoning again twice but it rang off so I can't speak to anyone. For a company that says it will try to reply within 24 hours this is unacceptable, I think.
