Mar 01,2024I put the cartridge into my printer and it printed 2 sheets - then it wouldn't print any more! My printer said there "was a problem and cartridge must be replaced". I emailed customer services last weekend (26th Feb) and received a message that they'd get back to me - but there's been no reply for 6 days now! Very disappointing!

Mar 01,2024I have forgotten my password so asked for a link to be sent to my email. It arrived and when I clicked on it, it just terminated Outlook completely. I reloaded Outlook, asked for a password reset again and the same thing happened. So, I ordered as a guest.
