Jan 11,2024Despite 'modern technology' causing frustrations and difficulties to a non-technological nearly-80-yr-old the staff were helpful and understanding. I wasn't to know I couldn't use my house phone for the order in case the bank wanted to phone said number for a security reference before payment would be allowed. My daughter helped me with a mobile phone to make the order call so my house phone would be available when the bank did call. Thank you for your understanding and patience Constantine.
