Jan 09,2024Printerinks. Uk This is my worst cuctomer experience for several years. I ordered x2 laser toners 20 Dec 2023. They never arrived. The communication from them was non existant, no order confirmation email. After a good week waiting I email them three times no reply to any of them. A few days latter I téléphoned. Only to be told the would be put in the post. Guess what no tracking number give and another wheel latter no toners. I sent them another email stating I now wanted a full refund. Once again no email reply. It was a good thing I used PayPal. Who promptly refunded the total value Buyer beware.....

Jan 09,2024On 16 Dec I returned the cartridges to the address you provided.On the 3 Jan I telephoned to enquire when the refund would be made and was told that it had sent on 2Jan and would be in my bank within 3 days.I telephoned again today because the money was not in my account.Your agent had no idea how to deal with my problem.Kept asking me to send proof of postage.Refused to pass me to a supervisor.Eventually she told me the money would be sent within 7 to 10 days.I will believe went I see it!Appalling service. Following the above review I received the refund.PrinterInks clearly responded positively to criticisms and put things right which is to their credit.
