Feb 11,2025Unfortunately I hired Mr Ibraheem Nassir of Privilege Solicitors in October 2022 until April 5th 2024. At the 1st meeting I gave Mr Nassir the Court summons sent to me to attend court on December 16th. He looked at the court papers and told me it would cost £1,200.00 to represent me. I paid £600.00 by direct debit to Priviledge Solicitors. 3 weeks later he called me on a panic he told me he thought it was an appeal for an injunction, not an eviction notice but eviction was clearly on the court papers. It was too late to change solicitors as I had paid £600.00. When he composed a statement for me I had to get him to completely change it as it contained false information. It cost £3,420.00. £2,820.00 I paid Mr Nassir in cash at his request. I have still not received reciepts for the £2,820.00. When you attend court Mr Nassir leaves everything to the last minute is anxious, hesitant and unsure of the law. He discussed my case with my employer without my permission.
