Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. Nov 10,2024Practice Problems I think a great way to ensure that students have a thorough understanding of the Asset Valuation session is by after the session providing a series of practice problems with an answer key. This would help students to get in some more practice, and ensure that they come to the next session fully prepared.
