Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. The program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of real estate professionals by exposing them to all aspects of the industry, from property management to deal-making.

Cedric Bobo was very thorough in the way that he explained things and always checked for a consensus of understanding. He was glad to stop and answer questions and showed appreciation for our inquisitiveness, which was really encouraging.

Nov 03,2024I really like what this company stands for and it is obvious Cedric has a passion for what he does and that is very inspiring and motivating for us who are involved in these programs. The reason why I will not score higher is because there has been mishaps in communication (which I assume are technical &/or organizational issues going on in the background) which does not make me feel super confident that I am being respected or cared for enough in comparison to how much the organization stresses how much that want to care for up and coming BIPOC professionals. Even for today's session I was not even given a confirmation or reminder email but luckily I did have the zoom link saved when I first signed up for Level 2. If the administrative work portion was taken care of so I felt taken care of myself, I would score higher.
