Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. The detailed explanation of fundamental real estate analysis brought greater clarity on industry analysis activities and standards and foreshadowed the tasks and duties of a real estate analyst.

There were very good questions being asked by students and it helped gain a deeper understanding and perspective on how to view the different approaches.
