Dec 05,2024I have worked with Promover a few times already and I could not recommend them more. They are trustworthy and professional. The office was very reactive in organising a visit to establish a quote (thank you Diana), Tony visited and set things up in a few days. They also offered flexibility with the move date on a busy schedule which I appreciated. On the day the team was on time, agile yet careful, discreet, helpful with details and very friendly. Thank you for helping in what is often a delicate transition!

Oct 01,2024The initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and following an on site meeting when requirement were confirmed, we received a detailed fixed price quote to include all packing, dismantling and removal of the office contents for relocation to our new offices. The guys arrived early on the day and were waiting for us- with new packing boxes, paper wrapped all delicate items. They were happy to place furniture where we wanted it- and to relocate it when we saw that it "didn't work". Very efficient. The whole process was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend Promover.

Found solutions for all of the issues we encountered. I cannot recommend Anatolij, Chris and Mussa enough. Thank you for a stress-free move.

Sep 07,2024Tony arrived on time to give us a quote. We bought a painting that was too big to come through our staircase so we had to bring it in through the sitting room window in our first floor. Whilst others quoted a ridiculously high sum, Tony gave us a very reasonable quote. He arrived on the day we booked and wrapped our painting so thoroughly and the care he and his colleague took on wrapping and moving it was above and beyond call of duty. He is a lovely man and provided us a great service with a big smile. Nothing was too much or too little. Tony was recommended to us by a friend and he truly was amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending him, he is second to none. I will definitely use his services in future and would like to wish him and his company every success. Thank you!

Aug 21,2024Could not recommend the Promover Team more. Tony, Patrick and the wider team were all fantastic. They are real grafters who just get stuck in, and they also looked after our possessions with great care (not a single thing was broken or damaged). They tick all the boxes, from price to punctuality, and from good humour to efficiency. If we ever move again they'll be the first company we call.

Aug 16,2024Promover were excellent in reassuring us during our recent move. They were reliable and on time, brought packing materials for me before the move (I wanted to do some light packing myself) and also packed a 4 bedroom house and had us installed in the new one in speedy time. They also took way the boxes post move which was a relief! Can strongly recommend Promover! (and we were inundated with companies offering services).

The team were super friendly, very helpful and worked really hard to get everything sorted. When we got to the other end, they really wanted to make sure we were happy with where all the furniture was placed in the rooms. It made unpacking so much easier for us!

Aug 30,2023Anyone who is moving home, this is company you should definitely use: Tony and his team were unbelievable. They packed up a house we’ve lived in for 26 odd years in a day! The following day they moved us and unpacked vans in record time. 260+ boxes and furniture. Re-assembled the beds, wardrobes and tables. They literally didn’t stop. Worked with good humour, kindness and extraordinary attention to detail. And all at an incredibly competitive price. Highly recommend. Thanks boys – made the move a breeze for us.

I cannot recommend them enough! Nothing was broken and I was amazed at how efficiently they packed us up and moved us. Nothing is too much hassle and we felt so at ease that our possessions where in good hands.

Dec 10,2024This is the second time I have used Promover for moving into storage whilst having building work going on. Both times they have been amazing turning up promptly, work rate is great nothing to much trouble. Would definitely use them again.
