Feb 03,2023Excellence from start to finish, moving house is so very stressful, finding the right Removal Company can make all the difference. By process of elimination, I credit myself for choosing so well, their customer service is second to none, I was treated as an individual & not a job number, they were punctual, polite & respectful, organised, professional & competitive in price. It was pleasing to see how carefully & efficiently the team packed up my 3 bed house, moving day with all its 'hick-ups' was first-rate on their part, all dismantled pieces were re-assembled & placed in their appropriate rooms, as were the boxes. Mark, Tony & the team did an amazing job for us, & I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you are considering moving, look no further.

Jan 11,2023Just so helpful in so many ways from the initial cataloguing of our house, through the many delays in our move, and Diana made such a difference by answering all sorts of questions and booking cleaners for us. On the day of packing, the guys absolutely flew through it, and the same on the day of the move - in and out and set up at the new house so quickly. Everything was done impeccably. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Nov 14,2022We were recommended Promover Team by friends and we had to move at short notice. After an initial call Tony came round on the same day to provide a comprehensive quote and crash course in packing breakables. On the move day (a Saturday) extra team members were drafted in to ensure the move was completed in good time. We felt supported throughout and couldn’t recommend Tony and the team highly enough. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Not just great removals service but outstanding customer service all round. Not sure when we’re moving next but we know who we’ll be calling.

Sep 14,2022Would give 10 stars if I could, you just can't fault these guys. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, funny, organized and punctual. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. Not a single item was damaged during our move either. Fabulous service all-round!

Interaction ahead of the move was very clear and reassuring and the team consisting of Mark and Tony moved us over two days in the most seamless move we ever had. Both were super professional, friendly and went out of their way to make it happen. Typically with such moves you would expect some damage or accident but there was none. Would recommend Promover hands down.

Jun 15,2022Promover moved us from Fulham to Cornwall in January. They were excellent from start to finish. Moving is stressful and finding a movers team that you feel comfortable with makes it so much easier. This is why I took a lot of time to get quotes and compare movers before I chose Tony and his team. I made the right choice. They are competitive on price and give an excellent service. Very polite, extremely hard working and gave us all the support we needed. A big thank you to Tony and the team and we will certainly use your services again. Thank you.

Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful and it really helped take the stress of moving away. All of our things were packed carefully with good quality materials and the team knew what was a priority for us with a young family. Everyone turned up on time and I was surprised how quickly they managed to pack and relocate us. I felt confident that the team were trustworthy and knew exactly what they were doing. If we move again I will definitely be using promover and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service.

The guys took excellent care of our belongings and went above and beyond to ensure the day went smoothly. Considering I'm nine months pregnant the stress free move was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Mar 16,2022The Promover team could not have made our move out of London go more smoothly. We ended up moving with our newborn baby due to delays in completion on our property - we therefore chose the full packing and move service. Michael and his team could not have been more helpful - our flat was packed up efficiently by Conrad the day before and on moving day they were quick, conscientious (placed down protection for the floors etc) and beyond helpful. We both said we would not have managed the move without them. Would highly recommend!

Turned up when they said they would, incredibly efficient packing and unpacking service and pretty much refused to leave our new home until we were completely settled and until almost every box was removed. They even returned two days later to collect some residual waste from the move at no extra charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team were polite, hard working, careful with our belongings and respectful of our home(s) (ex and current).
