Whole experience was pretty seamless, the packing occurred day before the move, and then on move day, the whole thing was taken care of by early afternoon so we were able to spend the rest of the day unpacking. Jun 02,2021Use them to move! Straightforward process - 1 visit to provide a quote. 1 visit to pack and move. The whole team are friendly, personable and just bloody good at what they do. Very competitive pricing, punctual and polite. Slick move, not a scratch on the furniture and left both our old and new properties nice and tidy. They respond to emails very promptly and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely using them for our next move!

They managed to fit our entire house into one van which was mystifying. I would highly recommend Promover for your next move and they are also great value for money.

Apr 19,2021Moving after 36 years in the same house was very daunting to us but we are so glad that we contacted Tony at Promover. The first company we went to and we are so glad that we did. Tony was great over the phone and came round that evening to put my mind at ease. He was brilliant from start to finish and so very helpful. His team arrived on time on the big day, all well-presented, polite and courteous. They were respectful to both us and our belongings and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really worked so very hard and we were very impressed with how organised and experienced they were. Who knew that our very large sofa actually split into two! We didnt! Our was not a straight forward move and we cannot thank them enough; they went above and beyond for us and they actually made what could have been a very stressful experience a very good one. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving as I know from experience, that they are the best.

Mar 31,2021We couldn't recommend Tony and his team highly enough, the service was excellent from right at the outset, when Tony Facetimed to assess exactly what we needed then kindly dropped round boxes and other useful materials. The whole team was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. On the day they turned up early, were so friendly, helpful, calm and efficient. They were also really careful with all our things, and got the job done in no time at all. When they unpacked they went above and beyond. The whole process could not have been smoother and for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Promover to anybody looking for a professional, pleasant, efficient and stress-free move. Five star service.

Aug 24,2021Excellent company - definitely worth contacting if you are looking for a quality removal team in SW London for a reasonable fee. We got referred Promover from a friend and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a efficient, professional service. Tony himself came for a home visit to build a quote and I personally appreciated his personal touch when a lot of other companies relied on video calls. Tony clearly takes great pride in his work, leading by example and I could tell the team were very well looked after. It clearly has a positive effect as everyone involved were efficient and professional but also friendly and polite. All team members had a can-do attitude, worked extremely hard on a Sunday to get everything packed up and we were ready to go in good time.
