Feb 01,2022The Promover Team did a beyond excellent job for our move. They packed up our house, as well as moved everything across Wimbledon. Everything was packed so carefully and efficiently - nothing at all broke. On moving day, they were very proactive and helped us far more than we expected. I would honestly say this is one of the best services I have ever had and I would highly recommend them. They even brought on an extra person and vehicle to make the move easier and quicker for us. They worked tirelessly. Thank you to Tony and his team!

Dec 30,2021Highly recommend ProMovers. We had a short timeline (2 weeks) to work with, and the team were so helpful and responsive from the first call. They were able to come around on the day I called to do a quick survey (following all Covid safety precautions) and sent a very reasonable quote through for packing, materials and movement the next day. A week later on both the packing day and moving day the team were really efficient, careful and friendly. I gave them detailed instructions and they did everything to the letter, and other things I hadn't through of like putting down floor protectors in the new flat, unpacking the big bits of furniture and removing boxes as quickly as the next day. Hire this team if you want to support a local business and take the stress out of moving!

Dec 15,2021We enquired into using Promover after seeing lots of positive feedback in the local area, and we're so glad we went ahead with them. The whole process went smoothly, from delivering the packing boxes through to the actual moving day. A huge thank you to Conrad and Ivy who were fantastic on moving day. Still can't quite believe they managed to load and unload the van and complete the moving process as quickly as they did! The little extras (laying plastic down on the carpets, rebuilding furniture, checking we were happy with everything before they left) took away so much stress from the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Promover. Worth every penny!

Nov 23,2021I had seen recommendations for Promover Team on a couple of local WhatsApp groups and called them to get an estimate for my upcoming house move. One of the team came the next day to assess what would be needed and how many men to use and to give me an estimate of the costs. As I was moving to a property 20 yards down the street, it was decided that the men could “walk” my furniture and boxes to my new home. My buyer had said I could take as much time as I needed as she had organised her move for the next day, and the property I was moving into was vacant, so I was optimistic that it would be an easy move. On the day of the move the completion time was set for 1pm. Two Promover men arrived at 11.30 to wrap the sofas and mattresses etc. and then went back to their office to await my call to say we had the keys. However completion got delayed and delayed. The two Promover men and a third one returned with a van at 3.30pm and decided it would be best to load the boxes into the van in case completion was not going to happen. Their plan B was that they would clear my property into the van and keep it parked in position for the next morning ready to move into my new home. They started moving out my boxes and then at 4.45pm word came that we had completed and when I got the keys 15 minutes later the men started the move into the property. They had already loaded half my stuff into the van and now concentrated on clearing my flat and then unloading the van. I was in such a state of nerves by then but their calm, cheerful dispositions and positive attitude got me through that awful day. Their sheer physical hard work got me installed within three hours. I highly recommend Promover. Their rates are very reasonable and their service and removal teams are superb.

Nov 12,2021We were relocating from London to Scotland and approached some of the main removal companies, one of them didn’t even respond, and the ones that did had quotes much more than anticipated. They all done their survey via a video call or emailing them a list of belongings. We had seen an advert for Promover Team on Balham Newsie and decided to contact them. They came out within a few days to do the survey, and promptly sent over their quote as they said they would. The quote was followed up with a phone call to make sure it had been received, and that we understood it. We contacted them with any questions prior to the move, and they were always friendly and helpful. On the morning of the move, Anatolij and Aivaras arrived on time (15 mins early) and from the outset we were put at ease. They were very friendly and helpful. They loaded up their vans in no time at all, and then the following morning when they delivered to our new home in Scotland, it took them no time at all to unpack their vans and rebuild the furniture. They put all the items in the rooms we had requested. I’d highly recommend using Promover Team, the process was effortless from start to finish, and made you feel like a person rather than just a number.

They did a full pack and move which included a 2 hour drive - the team arrived at 8, had fully packed up our entire 3 bed flat by 10am and the job was complete by 2pm. They were quick, efficient and polite. Would 100% use again and would recommend.

Oct 12,2021From start to finish Promover we're fantastic. Tony came round in a Sunday to do a quote for moving my furniture, he was professional and explained everything. I had the quote as promised the next day. Conrad and two other men made light work of the removal. They turned up early, dismantled beds and washing machine. Conrad even informed us there were bolts missing from one of the beds. We had a bit of a wait at the other end as the other people had used man and van which may have been cheaper but given the care and attention Conrad and the team used for my furtniture vs the man with van team I'm glad I paid for a proper removal company. Tony told me don't stress, relax. So we went for a coffee whilst the gents unloaded our items. There was one issue with my sofa not fitting through the door. The guys tried everything and when I asked what are ny options Tony rang and gave me two - we can drop it to BHF or put in storage at extra cost. As the sofa was never getting in my flat I went for BHF option. Tony rang me as promised toot me know that BHF had taken my sofa. This company are professional ans courteous. I believe you get what you pay for. Yes, they are dearer than man with van but they genuinely look after stuff like its their own. If I ever moved again I would definitely go with these chaps. Thank you Tony. Conrad and the two other gents you were simply amazing!

Sep 01,2021Hiring Promover was the best decision i have made in a long time!!! They are the pinnacle of professionalism and efficiency. In three hours they packed my entire two bedroom flat without a single break or hiccup. The next day they started moving the boxes at 8 in the morning and by 12:00 they had made all the move, disassemble furniture in the old house, assemble in the new one, and I had the entire afternoon to calmly unpack and enjoy the new place. The team is super nice, polite, good people. Really. HIRE THIS GUYS and be happy.
