Jan 23,2025My account was closed 12/24 and in 1/25 I was charged again. sent email stating the issue and the first response "Your account was already closed on 2024-12-23, so you will not be charged again once you close your account. Confirmation number: 7223488. " but in fact I was charged. Finally after back and forth emails I was informed "You were charged $20.00 as part of the volume discount package. I have closed your account and refunded $20.00. Confirmation number: 7307419. Hopefully my account is closed and my $20 refunded. When told that your account is closed, it's actually closed and people aren't being charged on a closed account the following month. This issue was actually handled in a timely manner. Thank you Andy.

I made a comment about the above and immediately got a response the same day. I asked another question and BOOM! within an hour I received the info the I requested. Very happy with response time and service.
