Jan 26,2025I was unaware I had subscribed to property records website until I noticed a second charge on my account. I went to the site and found a chat option. Without hesitation or delay I was quickly connected with a representative who immediately resolved my issue. The best service ever!

Jan 25,2025I was charged for a service I did not subscribe to. I never knew that I subscribed for a $20 package that I never explicitly subscribed to. Weeks ago, I only paid one dollar for what I was originally looking for. I just want information for one address. Not a monthly subscription… There needs to be more clear information on the website. I contacted the company to rectify the situation so the company will not try to charge me again.

When I didn't understand a charge later on customer service chat was great explaining the charge and refunded my money for a monthly fee I didn't see I was going to have to pay while checking out. Excellent and fast responses with the chat option you have available.
