Jan 21,2025I would like to commend the 2 gentlemen listed below for outstanding performance. This Sat. 1/18/2025 I was looking for information on how to get a copy of my deed. I went on the web site and really couldn't find what I was looking for. Mr Wright Must have seen my website activity and took the imitative to send me an email asking me if I found what I was looking for. I informed him I wanted a copy of the deed to my house but was unable to decipher the instructions on the website. He said no problem asked me for some information and said another tech would contact me soon. Unfortunately these days that usually means days. BUT I did receive an email from Trevor and he said he would be able to help me and would send the deed to me via email as soon as he located it. I expected it to be hours or even days for a reply on a trivial matter (which to me was quite important) but he was true to his word and I got the email with a copy of my deed a short time later. And the really remarkable thing, this was an off day (Saturday) and after 5 pm. I was seriously impressed by the service support of these 2 men. You don't see proactive help like that these days. Jan 21,2025They automatically set up the checkout to charge you a recurring amount each month and will not provide you with proof of receipt or of acknowledgement. I was charged $1 on the day I used the service and then 9 days later they started charging me $20.
