Jul 21,2023Not worth your time if you are trying to sell a flat. They will not make an offer on a flat with B1 EWS1 certification, even though that constitutes a pass. It is not physically possible for any building to obtain an A rating if cladding is present (however minimal/safe), therefore don't waste your time.
