This company work like this- They give you offer, I accept it, after month, they send some "independent valuators " who devalued my property dramatically, when I asked the reasons of this devaluation, property rescue did not provide me with report whatsoever! I cannot think of any other reason for the price valuation then the property rescue to buy my property cheaper! . The "independent" surveyor work with their company. He is been hired from them,so he is not very independent in my opinion! His job is to make valuation,which will benefit the company what he is been hired from. The estate agents who went there to valued the property, purposely devalued it as well. I know that, as one of the estate agent company had offered to sell the property for higher price. And previously valued it higher. I immediately cancelled the agreement with them, and I will sell with someone else for the market price. I am not sure how this companies are even exciting! It must be something with the good reviews as well, as no one should be happy to sell to them with the way how they operate business.
