Dec 15,2023The product was shipped quickly. The only problem was that UPS handed it off to the local postal service(USPS). This was ink that once frozen is useless. Our mailbox is a mile away. Here in Colorado, it is below freezing temps right now and we don't generally pickup the mail everyday. Thank goodness UPS at least notified me that is was delivered to the mailbox instead of to my door. An extra trip during a snowfall was warranted. Pro World, DON'T use UPS Sure Post!
