Jan 31,2025My solar panel failed and I followed the link that led me to a form for a Benelux company who are responsible for IT issues, this company/form wanted information I did not have. fortunately I copied the message to pv gen help desk who sent me info on how to re-connect wifi. I have given a low rating so that others who are considering solar panels should insure they have enough IT knowledge to reconnect the system if the link fails? Not everyone is IT savvy and I am guessing with power outages etc this will happen again?

Jan 31,2025A rep called to my house explained the working of the system answered all my queries and made the process easy for me . The company agreed an install date and delivered on time on the day in question even despite storms etc which no doubt put companies back. The staff I dealt with were top class and really nice people. They helped us install the app on our phones and were very tidy.

Jan 30,2025Very Pleased We purposefully waited a year after we got our panels installed to do a review so that we could also see what the after sales service was like. The installation was completely hassle free...done in about 4 hours, very tidy work and as was ordered. Ive had to contact the company twice since about 2 issues. On both occasions i got a prompt response and a follow up phone call. One issue was a broadband issue which they sent me instructions on how to reset. The other was a faulty switch which they sent out a technician to repair within about a week. Our system works great and we can see fantastic savings. Very happy with company and with service.

Jan 27,2025My experience with PV Generation started with Tony Leahy who is an agent. Tony is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with, no job to big or small and i felt i actually had nothing to do in the process because Tony organised everything and was on top of it from start to finish The PV Generation crew arrived on site and what a crew, ou wont even know they were there. 2 days the job was complete and fully operational if you are thinking solar panels i would highly recommend Tony Leahy and PV generation

Jan 27,2025Right from when I met Rob Walsh PV Generation Glanmire Cork he went through with me in great detail what was involved & how to fill in all the forms, what he recommended (No of panels etc)& forms for Government Grant. The engineer then called the following week once we decided to go ahead & was able to take pictures with a drone of the roof & where panels would be placed. One we agreed with no of panels & where they would be placed , 2-3 weeks later the installation team called "Harry Shane & Ger" , they arrived & got straight to work without stopping until all work was completed. They then talked me thru what they had installed including the app on my phone & answered any questions I had. They were spotless & the installation was seamless & done within a day & all outside equipment covered to protect them against the elements Top Class approach with professional employees who were a pleasure to deal with including Kerstin who took phone calls. I would highly recommend PV Generation, all correspondence done without me having to leave my house. It’s simple if you are considering Solar Panels GO PV GEN .👏

Dec 21,2024Found the salesperson, surveyor to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. On site team were fantastic - polite, non-intrusive, clear communication throughout the install. Tidy work, place cleaned up after they were done. One small issue arose during install and it was dealt with swiftly without any quibble. Highly recommend the PVGen team!

Feb 04,2025PV Gen installed a system for our service station in November 24. The rep Tony, gave very clear and concise details about the system and the payback time. The crew that came to do the install were very efficient, and caused little to no disruption to our business. Approximately a month later Tony followed up to ensure we had no issues or questions.
