May 17,2021I got a 16 panel 5,3kw system fitted east and west facing on my shed roof. The men fitting were very efficient and professional all done in one day. In 3 weeks it has produced 550kwh. 100 euros worth feed back to the grid. I believe it to be a very good investment better pay back then the banks.

Apr 09,2021We were very pleased with our experience with PV Gen. Everyone involved with us were lovely, from the girls in the office to the lads that came out to the house to do the site survey and the installation. The fitters and the electricians and anyone else coming into the house all wore face masks and abided by Covid regulations. They were all very helpful, courtious and didn't leave any mess behind them. There was never any hassle, even with the small amount of paperwork that was involved everything was well explained and mostly sorted by PV Gen. All the work was completed very quickly and efficiently and from the moment the panels were wired up we've been generating our own electricity!

I didn’t have much interaction with most of them Patrick did all the electrical work in the house and the level of professionalism is just commendable. He explained everything as they installed the panels no info overload and it didn’t feel overwhelming. Also delighted with my system

Mar 23,2021No complaints whatsoever with pv gen. Laura was a pleasure to deal with. The electrician was extremely neat and tidy. Roofer was excellent as well. He even replaced a broken tile on another part of my roof. All in all very happy with pv gen

Feb 26,2021I found the entire experience exceptional The installation team arrivef when they said said they would.The weather was extremely wet but the job just went on around it. All the staff were courteous,polite,and very helpful in all respects.I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro Gen to either my family or friends if the were considering solar panels for their homes.

Feb 19,2021In a new build we were completely new to Solar Panels. Joe Garvin of PV Generation clearly explained the options on his site visit. We then decided to increase the number of panels and we were provided with a completely new evaluation rather than just an upgrade. On the installation day a team experts arrived and really knew what they were doing. They 'cracked-on' and in no time we had a really neat installation completed. We were consulted during the installation to verify minor details which added to our satisfaction. 18 months after installation and the system as specified and installed has performed flawlessly. It is really satisfying to see the energy flowing in. Happy with PV Generation? You bet! Would I recommend them? Again, You Bet!

Jan 27,2021PV Gen has a great team who are without exception friendly and polite, and very considerate when coming into the house throughout the installation process which was carried out very professionally. The only problem I had was not quite understanding everything the chief engineer/electrician was saying to me, even when he tried to explain! He did not explain why he could not leave my cylinder and old timer attached to the night-saver metre as well as to the new power source and control box. There is probably a good reason, but I would really like to have had it explained, as I miss being able to boost my hot water during the night on the cheaper rate. Otherwise it was an A1 service. Update: Since talking to Joey I understand that I can still avail of the cheap night-rate electricity, even when setting the timer on the new control system, so I am happy!

Jan 21,2021We went with PV Generation because we found then so professional from our first phone call, They sent a survey team to our house and went through everything with us from our power usage, what size system our roof could hold. Install team were very friendly and cleaned as they went, any questions were answered, App and handover set up and explained. Customer service from day one was very good.Would highly recommend PV Generation

May 21,2021We recently got 6 panels installed on our house roof, as we think that amount suits us, but have been advised we can add on more panels later on, if required. Loads of questions have been asked by us, and all have been answered. Great advice given. Fellas who came to house on installation day, were very professional and tidy. Girls in the office are great to deal with also.
