Nov 09,2024Recently had solar panels installed and PV Gen made the whole process simple and easy from start to finish. The app is fantastic to see real time use of the solar panels. With the cost of electricity wish we had done this sooner.

Nov 09,2024Referral program is a wild goose chase I referred a friend of mine and used the PVGen portal to put down their name, PVGen contacted them and sold solar to them, however I never got my referral reward. Their referral dashboard clearly shows the person I referred as “Sold”. I opened a support ticket with PVGen in September, I got told by support agent “Alanna” they are looking into it, but nothing happened. I followed up in October, and again they said they will look into it, but nothing! It has been about three full months since my referral and they just refuse to give the €300 referral bonus. Update: They did reach out after this review to resolve the issue, and they did proceed with the referral promptly, and followed up to make sure it arrived. I have updated the review to increase the rating but still I think PVGen could have done better to be communicative from the get-go on the issue. I think it is not a good sign if customer queries are resolved after they become a public reputation issue. Appreciate their resolution regardless and hope their process improves.

And even more importantly, I had a minor part failure after the installation, and both the interaction with PVGen and the resolution demonstrated excellent customer service. You may find cheaper Installers but you get what you pay for with PVGen .....

Nov 09,2024What a wonderful company PV Generation Ltd is My panels are up and running for a few years now the whole crew and staff are amazing any questions you may have will be dealt with immediately I used to have to put €80 a week into my electric account to make sure I would have enough to pay the bill I have only had to put €10 a week especially during the bad summer months Hi I just want to let you know that my electric bill has dropped to €40+a month I'm really pleased with your company great to see the lads on the roof of photo wildlife park We would highly recommend PV GENERATION The only company to depend on for a truly great service and backup service Thanks a million for everything A huge thank you to everyone Kind Regards Simon and Geraldine Geoghegan
