Nov 16,2023DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY THE DUNSTABLE BRANCH! SOLD ME FAULTY GOODS WITH FAULTY PARTS ON THE CAR! I bought a Mercedes Benz for almost 20 thousand pounds. Was told it had all these special AA checks, MOT and service upon purchasing. Then after 2 days of having the car it started to fall to pieces. Banging sounds from the exhaust started when driving, screeching noise from the engine and car was shaking and juddering when using the brakes. Funny how it passed all these special checks… I then took it to a local garage to get a diagnosis and they told me it was DPF filter collapse and faulty timing belt. I then reported this to the dealership and they immediately told me it wasn’t that? Strange how they can make that assumption when I have a reliable diagnosis and they haven’t even inspected the car yet. I then took the car back to them for them to inspect the car themselves and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car no issues were present. I then told them I would request a refund and then immediately after that they then told me I have several things wrong with the car and that they would only partially fix some of the problems and not all. They refused to fix the whole issue. Staff are incredibly incompetent and rude. Do not buy from here please!!!

Nov 16,2023This is an amended review now that I have had my car for a few weeks. Mixed bag: The sales person I had was very relaxed (not like some other places where you are hounded upon entry). I did purchase a car and drove it 2.5 hours back home but during the drive the cover of the driver side mirror came loose and upon inspection I could see it had been glued on. I dont expect to pay what I did for a 2 year old car only for it to display problems before I even get home. Have given QPX the opportunity to call me about this and the missing parcel shelf but they chose not to. I was also asked to leave a review as soon as I paid for the car, which was then copied and pasted by the admin team to another site using my phone (I need to learn to say no). The point is that no reputable company asks for you to leave a review before you have left and has the cheek to ask for your phone so they can copy the review elsewhere. That shouts desperation to me. Never like to be negative however I believe on this occasion I am being reasonable.

Nov 20,2023QPX Stevenage is not a trust worthy company. I am taking them to court and I will update everyone with the details. This is due to selling me a car which should not be driven on public roads and for putting my own and my family safety at risk, plus other participants in traffic, for their own gain. After the court will make a decision, I will publish it and hopefully others will have the courage to take them to court as they do out people at risk.
