Dec 29,2023Contacted them re a minor issue with the car we bought, given a random mobile number to ring who never ever answers or to SMS messages. Coming very close to the end of the 3 month warranty, no surprise! Disappointed as I can guarantee they will claim I'm past the warranty period when/if they ever reply. Not happy!

Dec 28,2023There is a Quality Part X in Ripley as well: Car Dealership, High St, The Green, Ripley, Woking GU23 6BB. Very unreliable. After selling the car promises were not kept. Agreed to buy the car conditional to a few repairs i.e. services; none of them were performed. The excuse was that the promises had been made by an employee who was no longer working for them. Be carefull before buying a car here; have any promiss or condition black in white before you pay them. Best advise: stay away from this company.
