Sep 08,2023I phoned the Dunstable Branch about a car I was interested in and made an appointment for 11am to view and test the car I also arranged to view and test a car at there Stevenage Branch at about 12.30 pm. When I arrived after a two hour drive the car wasn't ready to view it was having some work done to it. The sales man lied to me and said that the appointment was for 12.30 he was very rude and said don't bother going to the other branch but they phoned me. So I went but wish I hadn't bothered as the car was in very poor condition looked like it was straight from a car auction. Be very careful if buying from them as other people have said there ratings are false.

Sep 06,2023I bought a car off them I travelled 5 hours and pre arrange time and date to pick up when I got there staff was not interested told to wait in a grubby waiting area they were running around on there phones not knowing where or what car I was there to buy car was not ready and had a warning light apparently it was because etgrre was no fuel in the car(it wasn't but luckily a easy fix) They make you write a review before handing over paperwork and keys so it makes me wonder that the 5* reviews are not real.. And aftercare what is that very rude and abrupt on the phone. Overall I am happy with my car but would never use this garage again

Apart from Pam, I found in a follow up converstation others in the company very rude and unhelpful, and a tad dishonest. I left there at 18.30 on 9th September having sold my car over £1000 under the valuation. I called on Monday 11th September to get the V5C registration number, and the person on the phone was rude and dismissive, and tried to say they had sold the car already........Really. The car that I bought, has some bits missing, and there was no service, they literally dropped it off and left. Poor customer service.
