Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. Once you pay they will ignore your phone calls if you have any issues with the car and if you call again they will be rude to you by saying "we are very busy and don't have time for you". They made fool out of me by saying that the car will be ready next day and my car finances company found out that the car still have finances on it which took the Quality Part X a week to clear it and every day my car finance company was chasing them for the paper work! The staff if unorganised, rude and incompetent. They will ask you to put down review before giving you the keys and paper work so you are in a way threatened that if you don't give them good review they won't give you the car. I think all the good review they have are done before they treat customer like peace of rubbish and then people are not bother to change the review. They ask you to pay extra £1500 for extra warranty lying that is from AA but in fact you will receive documents by email from different company that is useless. Also check that car have everything inside as if its something missing you won't get it! Like mine had rear parcel tray missing and they said to me that this car doesn't come with it! Which was not mentioned to me before and also I was under impression I'm buying completed car! I have to check what else is missing...maybe a spare wheel missing too... There is more to say but I just don't have any more time to waste on them. Honestly stay away, they are bunch of liars, rude and not trustworthy people. I regret for choosing them

From when we first arrived, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for. They spent a long time with us finding the perfect car and price. Rameez was more than happy to help us with all the questions we had and helped us find the perfect car.

Seemed ok at first. Test drove car and everything was fine. When we tried to start it to drive it off the lot the battery was suddenly dead and the petrol tank was empty. Got stranded with a dead battery 10mins away from the lot.
