Jul 10,2020When coming down to ordering my patches they made sure to send proofs before any payments were made and that I was satisfied with the outcome. With COVID being here and not going anywhere any time soon. I did notice a delay in product production due to staffing what normally takes 7 days took 20. Still no issue because I order so many at a time that the 20 days flew by before I realized they were delivered to my home office. I recommend this company to friends that need cool logos or anything that they might have an idea of and have it turned into patches

Jun 18,2020First off, this company presents itself like it is in the USA. I couldn't find any mention that the patches are made overseas on their website and their number is in California, so I assumed they were a US manufacturer. They aren't though. I was surprised to find that the patches shipped from Pakistan. Ok...I wasn't thrilled about that, but they weren't necessarily being deceitful, just omitting where the patches are actually made. Don't think you are buying made in USA. Secondly, I ordered patched on felt backing, they sent me images of my patch samples on felt backing, then they sent me patches on polyester twill, not felt. To their credit, they did rerun and resend correct patches to me at no additional cost, but it added an extra 2 weeks until I had what I wanted. I would say that the quality is good and the turn around time is good (if they actually get your order right)

Jun 11,2020Fantastic Service. The Quality was good eith tight stitching and lettering seperated with no lead threads exposed. An original shipment was lost in delivery by DHL, the company made it right and shipped a new batch. Good communication and a company who make it right.
