I ordered some logos to be enbroided, they immediately responded, and I had a picture of the logo enbroided in less than 24 hours, after payment the production started right away! They shipped express but unfortunately my package got stuck in costume, I contacted them and since I needed the logos for a certain date, they actually send another batch to make sure it arrived on time. 100% good costumer service and communication, I would purchase again.

very happy with the patches that i ordered. they were delivered speedily and the ordering process was great and indeed very helpful even when i made slight changes to the sizing. only slight criticism was the colouring was a shade or two different than the sample i was shown. i was surprised that the order was shipped from another country than the us but this would not deter me from ordering again.

Working with Quality Patches was quick and easy. They promised to have my patches to me in a time frame that was quicker than any other company I had considered working with, and they delivered on that promise. I only had one or two revisions before I placed my order, and I am super happy with the final result. Highly recommend!
