Mar 20,2020From initial order to receipt, I was kept in the loop. When I had questions, they were answered immediately. When I needed changes they were made immediately. The large patch looked amazing BUT it wasn't as stable as I expected. Since it was stitched on leather it was useable. Some of the stitching on words was unraveling, which is a concern as to the longevity of the awesome look. I will reorder and highly recommend them. Thanks Ross and Mark.

Mar 18,2020The patch material was good quality, but the color-matching from our image was not done well. The primary issue was that the faded red in our graphic was matched with an orange, which was disappointing for our attendees. It was too bad because we get them to promote the school, so it's unfortunate that their school colors were off!

I enjoyed seeing how the patches are made and seeing what the patches will look like before going to production. Since the company is in California and we are in the Midwest, it's difficult not to be a little hesitant about choosing a company that you've only dealt with online. Once we received the final product, it was so reassuring to see that I received a quality product at one of the best prices I could find. I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend you to anyone that is looking.
