Feb 08,2020The patches came out great ... they really do Quality work! ... but we ordered 50 patches and only received 25 initially. They were very apologetic after we let them know, and they did get the other 25 very quickly to us. It was fortunate that we did have time to get them to my customer... which normally would have been of great concern and caused problems with the relationship we have established over years had we had a strict deadline we were working with. I will use them again if we need patches done!

Feb 01,2020Customer service is EXCELLENT. Our patches were EXPEDITED & received in great time! Picking thread color & then sending us samples to view was a great advantage!!! No guess work!!! Other patches we had received through our embroiderer in our town did not match, but QUALITY PATCHES MADE SURE WE WOULD HAVE A MATCH for our already embroidered jackets with our logo. Its a hard color to match but their thread color chart WAS RIGHT ON TARGET! Our company intends to use QUALITY PATCH AGAIN! THANKS a thousand times THANKS!
